The lake views are amazing. There was a Christmas market across the street and one in the village which was an easy walk - less than 5 minutes. The access to restaurants and downtown was awesome. Multiple grocery stores are within walking distance also. The access to skiing was a little farther. If you don’t have a car and need access to the train station, this is fabulous. If you are a light sleeper, the train noise might be a problem. We used “white noise” and slept fine. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The communication was great and owners responded immediately to a concern and helped us immensely. Check-in and check-out was easy and all online. There is only one bathroom - the shower and sink in one room - and the w/c and another sink in another room. The deck overlooking the lake was amazing. The kitchen had what we needed and we enjoyed our stay in this peaceful town.

Eine absolute Wohlfühl-Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell und geräumig. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und alles ist sehr sauber. Zumindest in der Wintersaison bei geschlossenen Fenstern haben wir uns durch die Lage am Bahnhof nicht beeinträchtigt gefühlt. Im Gegenteil: Die Seelage mit dem herrlichen Ausblick ist ein Genuss! Das große Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer hat eine Kuhle sodass man- immer in die Mitte rutscht, was etwas unangenehm ist, wenn man es zu zweit als Bett nutzt. In der Küche löst sich die untere Leiste, wenn man die Spülmaschinentür schließt. Das hat uns aber nicht groß gestört, das ist ein Hinweis an Sie als Wohnungsverwaltung.

Seeblick grandios

sehr schöne Aussicht, tolle große Wohnung mit schöner Aufteilung und viel Stauraum, besonders die Küche hat genug Schränke und sehr hochwertige Töpfe und Elektrogeräte. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, alles ist neu und hochwertig. Schön war es, dass Salz und Pfeffer, Backpapier sowie Spülmittel und Seife/Duschgel da sind. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist zu viel wenig Geschirr und Besteck da, Topflappen und Pfannenwender wären toll, Dachfenster lassen sich nicht verdunkeln, Fernbedienung der Fenster ging nicht, der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist zu gering, Fenster im Schlafraum muss man geschlossen halten, weil die Bahn nachts zu laut ist, da wäre eine Lüftungsanlage gut. Auf dem Balkon wäre es optimal, wenn man die Verglasung weiter öffnen könnte. Große Tassen , Teekanne, Kochlöffel haben gefehlt.

Property is nice. Service leaves a lot to be desired for/improvement

Unfortunately, while the condo itself was nice, there were plenty issues that made us not enjoy the rental. We arrived on a Sunday at noon. Didn't get any email beforehand with check-in instructions, key instructions etc. No one was in the office when we arrived. We contacted the management via WhatsApp, cell phone, office phone and email but didn't hear anything back from them until the evening. By stroke of luck, I looked on their PUBLIC website and found a PDF with the keycode for a lockbox located at their office.We unlocked the lockbox and it was empty. We decided to first go for lunch and then check out the apartment building itself. After lunch we went by the apartment building, having meanwhile tried multiple times to contact the management via phone, WhatsApp and email, but unsuccessful. We arrived at the apartment building mid afternoon but no one was there. Instead we found 3 lockboxes at the main entrance. One for the penthouse, one for the 2nd floor and one for the 1st floor/garden level. Since we had booked the penthouse, I opened the lockbox with the same code that I found in the PDF on the public website, but the lockbox was empty. Just for fun, I tried the other lockboxes, which opened with the same keycode and found a key for the garden level apt. We proceeded inside to drop our luggage. I contacted the manegement company yet again to let them know we would store our luggage in the Garden Level apt until they can come by with the key. No response until after dinner time, when we were told to just stay overnight in the garden level apt (even tho I booked and verified the penthouse) and then meet them on Monday at their office to get the key for the penthouse. The problem is, we were only staying for 2 nights, so switching rooms would not have made sense for us. Regardless, it's a shame that this put a dampener on our stay, especially since in the garden level apartment, EVERYONE walking by could see right down to our skivvies...
