この施設について

15 min to Mount Rushmore, Black Hills.

The view from the home is beautiful, you can see Mount Rushmore in the distance. Nice Hiking on the property and close to everything. Very Private, which is nice when you come back from a long day. Crazy Horse is also, close. The Badlands is about an hour and 15 minutes away.
We also live on the property but we will never bother you unless you need something. You have your own place and we have our own home.

The guest house could not have been a more perfect ending to our Dakotas trip. Lisa and her husband were warm and gracious hosts who met us with fresh eggs. The space is beautifully appointed, and Lisa has thought of everything. The deck features stunning views of the forest and is a wonderful spot to relax after hiking the nearby trails.

What a gem! This is one of the best VRBO rentals we have stayed in. Location is perfect to see all the area attractions. Close enough, but also far enough away for peace and quiet. The natural landscape is amazing. Clean and comfortable. The owners are on property but not intrusive. They made us aware they were available and willing to help us in any way. You will not go wrong by staying at the Glendale Cabin.

This place is one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. We always try to find a place in the middle of everything we want to do and with its proximity to several of the main roads, it was a perfect choice. The property and the views were wonderful. Lisa and Mike were fantastic hosts and the home was comfortable and cozy. But be warned- you may fall in love with their affectionate cat!

Excellent location near most of the tourist attractions. Beautifully decorated guest house and it has a view of Mt Rushmore from the back deck which we loved. It was perfect for our stay! Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. It was somewhat remote which was nice after a day of exploration. It has a flight of stairs for access and the deck is high so it would not work for those with mobility issues or small children.

Such a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable, clean and great hosts. If you love nature, you will love this place. Close to many places to explore (Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Badlands, Hill City, Keystone, Custer). Lovely deck to sit outside and relax.

Just perfect! All the superlatives apply. Nestled in a ponderosa pine forest with a wonderful view, it was the perfect place to return to after a “ hard day” being a tourist. Lisa and Mike are wonderful hosts. Communication was easy. The home was so clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couple. Lisa was so gracious in providing us with real farm to table eggs from her chickens which we combined with a steak we grilled in the provided bbq. We loved our first trip to the Black Hills and intend to come back to further expand our explorations of the area. And we’ll definitely be staying here again!

My husband & I had a wonderful stay at this rental. It had everything we needed for our 6 nights there. It also has amazing views. You can see Mt. Rushmore in the distance. Mike & Lisa live on the property, right next to the rental, but do not invade your space unless you need them. They are very friendly, even gave us some eggs while we were there. They readily answered any questions, gave us a quick tour of the property when we arrive. You are free to walk/hike their property. The property is close to Keystone & all the major sites in the area. Easy to get around. There is peace & quiet here. So relaxing to sit out on the balcony/deck & look at Mt. Rushmore, listen to the birds.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It is a great place to stay.

Lisa and her husband Mike were very accommodating for our five day stay at their apartment. They were wonderful hosts. They let us use their grill for two nights to cook hamburgers with. The view out the back patio has a direct line of sight to Mount Rushmore. She had a nice gift basket waiting for us the day we arrived. She gave us fresh eggs for breakfast one morning because she raises chickens. she has very friendly cat that comes up to the door each morning looking for treats. He is very cute and friendly.Our stay was originally booked for two people, but my husband‘s sister and niece decided to come along with us. The accommodations were adequate and she had a very nice fold out sofa, which was extremely comfortable for them.If you are looking for a very nice clean, place to stay in Keystone or around Rapid City, that is close to everything, yet secluded and quiet I highly recommend her place. There are plenty of things to do locally from helicopter rides, horseback riding, and a variety of shops and restaurants to spend your time at.Bruce and Lou
