Cottage type private house in quiet neighborhood

Formerly a hired hand house on the farm that was here, this tiny but roomy home has been carefully restored to its original open concept with all new wiring, plumbing, insulation, windows and doors. The original floors were repaired and refinished. The large leaded glass-doored cupboard was salvaged from a house that burned, restored, and built into this house. Recently internet, wifi and netflix were installed. Carefully furnished with comfortable and practical items to make your stay here as relaxing as possible, the house is cozy and quiet. The fenced yard and the gardens insure privacy and a pleasant setting. Morning sun makes the back porch great for early coffee and sometimes wildlife watching; afternoon and evening sun makes the front porch warm and good for contemplation. A maximum of two pets 50 lbs. or less will be considered for acceptance with a pet fee of $10 per pet per night.

Really Nice Cottage

A really clean cottage in a very quite neighborhood. Close to Sugarcreek and other attractions. Host was very accommodating and check in was easy. Would highly recommend.

Well situated and cozy, pet-friendly home with fenced back yard perfect for us and our small dog. Easy walking distance to High Street and Broadway shops. Friendly and helpful hosts!

We had a wonderful weekend here! The house was beautiful and clean. It was also close to many restaurants. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch in the evening. Nice quiet street and a beautiful fenced back yard.
