Two month stay

We stayed January and February. Ron and Patty were great hosts and responded quickly to our needs.The home is cozy with beds, sectional couch and dining chairs being very comfortable.The pool was the warmest that we have ever had.

Holiday Escape

This property was exactly what we needed it to be for our extended family! Open layout in the main area with tons of seating! The heated pool and lanai were awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed finishing off the dock and getting sun and reading in the Adirondack chairs! Will definitely stay again if we are back in this area! Ron and Patty are also fantastic and super responsive!

We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. Beds we’re comfy and bedrooms all have smart TV’s. The pool was warm and a great view of the canal. We visit Ft Myers a couple times a year and will search this property out every time we’re down here.

Fantastic!

We had an excellent stay. The property was as described, the house was beautiful, the beds were comfortable. The owner sent some recommendations for restaurants, we loved the 2 we tried! We enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool, the temperature was perfect. We would highly recommend this property!

Lovely property

The property was lovely. Very clean. It was nice to see all the boats travelling up and down the canal. The pool, although a bit small was heated to 84 degrees and extremely pleasant. The hosts were super friendly and responsive.

Great House

We had a great vacation at this Cape Coral home. Patti and Ron were excellent to work with and the house is located central to lots of nice beaches and entertainment. The kids loved the pool and the canal Adirondack chairs were nice to enjoy in the evening watching boats coming and going. We definitely recommend and will return when visiting the Cape Coral area.

A Cape Coral Gem

A beautiful and spacious home that was perfect for our needs! We stayed for a baseball tournament and the house was centrally located in Cape Coral and convenient to Ft. Myers and surrounds fields. The house was clean and modern, having all the amenities we needed. The property sat on a beautiful canal that offered fishing, kayaking and serene views. The pool was fully enclosed and made for a peaceful retreat after long days. Patti and Ron were wonderful hosts and we highly recommend!

Great Home and Great Hosts

We were so happy with this home and the hosts, and it was even more appreciated and enjoyed since this was after the hurricane. The house was clean, welcoming, beautifully decorated, with a great view and outdoor area! There were ample linens, silverware, dishes, and toiletries. And, any question we had, Patti and Ron gave us an immediate and positive response. I highly, highly recommend you stay here.

Welcome to our home! We have been traveling to the Fort Myers - Cape Coral - Punta Gorde area for several years now (from Minnesota) and we have just fallen in love with the place. When we found this perfectly beautifully remodeled home, we knew it was the perfect home-away-from-home for us. We think it will be the same for you. Beside sitting on a great stretch of water, it is well located for direct boat access to the Gulf, quick drives to the golf course, the beach, shopping as well as dining.

Paradise found!! Gulf access pool home. Experience a real "WOW" moment when you walk into this Florida dream house with a wall of glass sliders overlooking the pool and canal. The nearly 2000 sq ft property, with soaring vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan, has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The primary suite is complete with a roman jetted tub plus a tiled walk-in shower. Diagonal sliders open up to the pool and water out back. Deluxe kitchen is well-stocked with most all utensils, dinner ware, cook ware and small kitchen appliances you might need. There is an adjoining laundry room that includes a washer & dryer as well as a fair-sized pantry for your use. There is a pool and lanai area for entertaining and waterfront living. (No worries if you forget your beach towels, we have plenty!) This property is truly perfectly comfortable and well situated for enjoying your time in the area. It is a tranquil retreat away from your everyday life. It is completely updated. Everything in it is remodeled. Nearly all the furnishings and supplies are new or newish. You won't have to worry about a thing. Just drive on up, use the keyless entry code to access your weekend/week/month in total comfort. You will feel like you are in the new model home that you've been eyeing down the street. We are quite sure it will be love at first sight. Just as it was for us. We can't wait to hear from you!
