Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features all-new flat-screen Smart TVs with high-speed WiFi (BYO logins for streaming) and Nest smart locks for secure, keyless entry.

Living Room: Features a Smart TV and two full-size pull-out sleeper sofas.

Dining: A comfortable dining table that seats six.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with an ice maker, microwave, cookware, and dishware. We provide a `jumpstart` supply of dish soap and trash bags.

Bedrooms: 1 King (Master), 1 Queen (Bedroom 2), and a Bunk Room with 2 Full beds. All rooms include closets and organizers.

Linens & Bath: We provide full bed linens (fitted/flat sheets, pillowcases, blankets) and bath towels. A starter kit of toiletries is included (not restockable).

Double Front Porches: My personal favorite spot to enjoy the coastal breeze and morning coffee!

Fenced Backyard: A shared space featuring a patio, solar lights, and a table for four.

Grilling: A standard blue charcoal grill is available. Please bring your own charcoal and utilize the provided cleaning supplies before and after use.

We are delighted to welcome one dog (up to 75 lbs)!

Guidelines: Please keep pets off all furniture and beds. Feeding bowls are provided under the kitchen sink.

Backyard: Pets must be supervised in the shared fenced yard, and waste must be disposed of immediately in the outside bin to maintain a clean environment.

Parking: One free designated space directly in front of the home, plus one shared guest space (first-come, first-served).

Registration: Parking registration is mandatory; a form will be sent prior to arrival. Ample free off-street parking is also available nearby.

Management Fee: Your booking includes a fee that covers professional cleaning, guest insurance, and HOA fees.

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to book this property.

Senior Week Policy: We are a family-oriented community and do not accept inquiries or bookings for high school seniors or Senior Week groups.

Additional Requests: For your convenience, we use HostCo for any additional service requests. A link to our online store will be sent to you automatically after your booking is confirmed.

We are happy to welcome your furry friend to our home!

Limit: We allow one dog per stay, with a maximum weight of 75 pounds.

Fees: A pet fee is required. Please ensure the pet fee is included in your total price breakdown before finalizing your payment.

Guidelines: To maintain the home for future guests, we ask that pets remain off all furniture and beds.

Reserved Parking: We offer one free, dedicated parking space directly in front of the home.
