Great spot for families

Very comfortable and clean home that worked great for our multigenerational family trip. Manager was responsive and checked in with us. Arcade/game room was a big hit. Very nice home and would highly recommend!

Very Comfortable Accommodation in AL

The 4 bedroom house was just right for 4 guys in town to golf the RTJ. Was great having garage space to hold our gear at night and the house was well appointed and bedrooms comfortable. Would recommend to anyone coming to Birmingham

Some friends and I took a golf trip to play the RTJ courses. The house was clean and the location was close to our courses. Beds were comfortable and everything worked great.

Worth the stay

This home was incredible, and we only wish we had more time to enjoy it. There was ample space, so no one had to sleep on top of each other. However, there were two issues: one of the mattresses in the guest room was uncomfortably firm, and I didn’t realize it until we were about to leave. Additionally, the driveway was quite steep

As advertised

Decent rental but not a good neighborhood. Beds were hard and furniture was a little worn. If you just want a place to sleep, property is good but didn’t want to spend a lot of time in neighborhood.

Overall Good Experience

My family and I stayed at this property for my daughter's graduation from UAB. Close to UAB which was our objective . Property is in a nice quiet neighborhood but very close to some not so nice areas. I had a small issue with not receiving access code prior to check in but owner rectified situation right away. House was clean and enjoyabe, sleeping quarters downstairs was a little cold. Overall very good stay !

Check in process was simple and quick, but there are stairs that are not easily accessible to older/ handicapped people. There were also cockroaches and insects throughout the house (have pics) and dirty floors. Would not recommend.

Great with minor Hiccups

Great place and great neighborhood! The AC wasn’t working right when we got there, but the property manager and maintenance person were great! They got it working as soon as they could. Then there was a storm and the power went out. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and very responsive. 10/10 would stay here again.

Awesome

This house is gorgeous. We had enough living space for everyone. My nephews enjoyed the video games and they shared the bedroom on the lower level. The kitchen was great and thanks for the Keurig, That table Bluetooth speaker was a hit. My brother enjoyed it so that he ordered himself one for his home. The overall experience was great. The only thing was the oven wasn’t used by us but it wasn’t cleaned and the floor wasn’t swept under the couch downstairs. We found a used plate with pizza or something on it and crumbs on the floor. Other than that it was an awesome stay.
