Your furry companions are not only welcome but will also adore the expansive backyard. Freshly renovated, this property offers a unique blend of seclusion, tranquility, and proximity to city life.

This home is thoughtfully designed and furnished to make you feel right at home, allowing you to simply bring your personal belongings and settle in. The outdoor space is a hidden gem, offering a one-of-a-kind experience. You can unwind by the outdoor fire pit area, illuminated by enchanting string lights, and furnished with crushed granite, a picnic table, and a grill or relax in the hot tub under the stars. The extended covered deck is perfect for watching your favorite movies or sports events while immersing yourself in nature. There's also a cozy outdoor breakfast table, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

As you approach the front door, you'll enter through a grand 2-story entryway, leading you to a formal dining area boasting an elegant farmhouse-style decor with breathtaking views, making it ideal for entertaining. This was a fantastic pet-friendly home. The back yard was expansive and beautiful, with plenty of outdoor seating on the porch to watch tv as well as around the fire pit. The home also has comfortable furniture inside with abundant seating on the couches and in dining areas. The kitchen was well stocked with more appliances than we have at home. We visited in December and the home was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The location is close the highway and easy to find. Heather is a friendly host! We would definitely stay again!

We loved the property. The decorations and kitchen appointments were some of the nicest we've seen in any rental—plus, the place was absolutely spotless! The backyard is like having your own private park, and our dogs were in heaven.

This beautiful home Is exquisitely decorated and comfortable at the same time. Everything about its design is well thought out to provide comfortable and convenient places for gathering as well as places for quiet and privacy. The back deck and yard are wonderful retreats. Heather was always readily available and did everything she could to make sure our time there was just what we wanted. Highly recommend.

Came to Melissa for a grandson's birthday.

This home is absolutely perfect! The host are very attention detailed and you feel right at home. Heather communicated through out the booking and checked in while we were there to make sure we didn't need anything. I highly recommend this property in Melissa, TX. The location is in a nice subdivision and it is so peaceful. I will definitely stay here again when a group of us are in town to visit my son and family that live nearby.

Family Wedding

Heather was so accommodating for the dates we needed for my son’s wedding. We traveled all the way from CT. The detail in the decor made us feel right at home and very comfortable. You can see the time and effort Heather puts into the home. It was so clean and well stocked. The house was perfection!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Fantastic House

This house is so beautiful! We loved everything about our stay. The owners/host were so helpful and friendly. They checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed including good pots and pans. The beds were comfortable. The couches were comfortable. The paper products were very nice. The backyard was a dream backyard-we had so much fun. And the dogs loved it. ! We can’t wait to come back

Wonderful week with family!

Lovely home with a great outside area. Plenty of room for all! Fenced in yard was a plus for the dogs. Home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay.

Family Fun

We all had a great time staying in Melissa. McKinney is just a short drive away if you are wanting an outing for shopping or dinner. Home is lovely and well furnished and supplied. This is a very well taken care of property. Backyard is huge and beautiful. We enjoyed grilling out and sitting on the massive back porch and just enjoying the view. I told our host it feels like Glamping in the backyard with all the comforts and conveniences of home.

Do not hesitate to book!!

We (Myself, spouse, 3 children and dogs) had the best experience at this VRBO property. The property owner, Heather, was remarkable. She made sure our stay was perfect and that we had everything we needed the duration of our stay. The pictures don't do this place justice. The backyard is truly an oasis. It felt like a cabin in Broken Bow. Our kids and dogs LOVED it! Great space for the dogs to roam free and the kids to be kids in the backyard. The interior is stunning and feels like home. The beds were comfortable, each room had a tv and there were plenty of spots to relax. Highly recommend this property! :)

BETTER THAN A 5 STAR HOTEL

From the moment we drove onto the tree lined property it felt like home. The property and house itself is beautiful. There are many trees around and you feel like you’re in your own personal park. We opened the front door and it was like walking into a model home yet it was so incredibly comfortable we felt relaxed and made ourselves at home. Everything in the home was high quality from the furniture to the dishes to the linens. Heather checked on us multiple times to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect and we had everything we needed. We stayed here a total of 3 weeks and we’re sad to leave. If you’re a family or a larger group needing to stay around the Mckinney/Melissa area, this is the house for you!
