Stunning 4bd/2.5b condo, beach access Rangeley Lake, close to town & Saddleback

This 4br, 2.5bath unit with great views of Rangeley lake is a short stroll to our associations beachfront and is walking distance to the Village of Rangeley. It has 40' of beach access on Rangeley Lake with canoe and kayak storage, and a wonderful swimming area. ATV and snowmobile trail access from the driveway, and only a short drive to Saddleback and all that the area has to offer! This classically renovated unit features hardwood floors throughout the first floor, an open living area, lots of natural light with floor to ceiling windows over looking the association maintained grounds. The kitchen features updated cabinetry, granite countertops, and a full array of appliances. The main living area features a wood burning stove and the coziness and comfort to share stories of all the days adventures! The dining area is large enough for a crowd or an intimate dining experience. A half bath and an additional sitting area finish out the first floor. The second floor features a full bath as well as two guest rooms, one with a king sized bed and a 2nd bedroom with an oversized bunk bed. The third floor offers an additional full bath and two additional bedrooms, one with a comfy queen sized bed with a futon and an additional 2nd spacious room with another oversized bunk bed. The basement offers a partially finished play area with a dry bar, ping pong table and an indoor hoops set up. Sleeps 8-10 easy.

Great Stay

Stayed for 4 nights, skiied Saddleback and then came back to a wonderful house with lots of space and a warm and welcome environment. Hosts were super responsive and we had a fantastic stay!

Tranquil stay

Our stay in Rangeley was lovely. This property was nice and quiet. Our boys played a lot in the back yard and down on the beach. We made good use of the Kayaks on the lake. Mountain biking at Saddleback was amazing. The house was clean and as expected. We had a great relaxing time

Rangeley Lake Condo

Family of 5 with adult children in 20's had a relaxing vacation in this lovely condo. Plenty of space to spread out and kitchen had everything we needed to cook/grill. Just a quick walk to the beach/lake which was so peaceful. The water was clean and warm and we used the kayak several times. From the deck, we watched the deer graze in the meadow, just beyond the yard, saw a bald eagle fly overhead while in the lake and heard the loons calling at night. It was also a quick walk downtown to grab coffee/go shopping. Two things to be aware of, the walk to the lake has a small downhill which may be issue for older folks and the 2nd bedroom on the second floor is between the bathroom and master BR, meaning the only way out of that room is thru the bathroom or the Master BR. May not be great for adults, young kids probably okay. We never ended up using it, as my in-laws ended up not coming. Overall a great place to stay for a relaxing vacation.

Family vacation at Rangeley

We had an amazing family vacation at Samir and Marissa’s condo. It’s even nicer than it looks in the pictures. It’s very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We had 9 adults and a medium sized dog and felt like there was plenty of space to spread out. We used the paddleboard and kayaks everyday. The dock was really great for happy hour and sunset. We’ve never been to the Rangeley area before and are so happy we chose this location! We even got to see a moose on an early morning drive to Stratton. Our hosts went out of their way to make sure we were happy. They even left a bottle of wine and a basket full of snacks for us. Really hoping to be back someday! Thank you Marissa and Samir!

Great place and location!

We really enjoyed our stay here while in Rangeley. Our kids loved the “treehouse!” We stayed during the winter, but it would be a perfect spot for the summer months. They had anything we needed in the kitchen, and the wood shed fully stocked for cozy fires. There was plenty of room for 9 of us to sleep comfortably, and the game room was an added bonus. The location is very convenient and an easy walk into town. Samir responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. We are considering staying here again when we need extra space to accommodate our family.

Great stay

Loved the property and town. Will definitely be back! Lots to do in the area even in the summer if you love the outdoors - hiking, kayaking, swimming, scenic drives, farm stands etc. The condo is spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the creature comforts you need.

Lake Vacation

The property was beautiful. Clean and anything you would need was clearly marked and supplied. The only disappointing thing was the baconies were not usable ( do to repairs)

Rangeley Lake Condo

Very nice three story condo. Private beach with kayaks, paddle boards, etc. Easy drive to multiple hiking trails including Angel Falls and Small Falls. Dog friendly community and short walk to town. Great for family, teens, and friends.

Such a great house and location

The condo was lovely. Very close to the shared beach access - maybe 200 ft away. Lovely view of the water and wildflowers. Big lawn to let the kids play around in. We got lucky and there were a bunch of other kids in other condos to play with our toddler outside. 10-minute walk into town. Inside, the house is wonderful. Definitely a lot of stairs but 4 massive bedrooms, great design. We would definitely stay here again. Especially with older kids, the awesome game room downstairs would be epic.

Lakeside Retreat

Rangeley is a wonderful place to vacation with multiple lakes and mountains to enjoy. The condo is in a great location, within walking distance of town. Our hosts were very hospitable, easy to communicate with and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

NYE in Rangeley

Our family cane to Rangeley for a weekend of skiing at Saddleback. The accommodations were outstanding and our hosts were wonderful. I would highly recommend the unit and if we return to the area I would stay again.

Exceeded all expectations

Everything about this property is ideal for a Rangelely getaway. The home is truly lovely, spacious yet cozy, and well-appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen, fun game tables in the basement, and lots of cozy blankets. The beds were all super comfortable, and we especially appreciated the beautiful fireplace and a plentiful supply of firewood. The location is perfect, with pretty views of the lake and a quick drive to town and Saddleback. Access via the door code was simple, and the host very responsive. We hope to rent again!

Labor Day Family Stay

Our family stayed in this roomy condo for 5 days over Labor Day weekend. The space had no issue housing 9 of us, and was a short drive to the local IGA, restaurants, and town shops. The lake access was great and we loved the use of the paddle board and kayak. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Family Vacation spot

My family and I enjoyed this vacation tremendously! The Condo is well equipped, and we liked the game room in the basement (ping pong, air hockey, basketball game) and made use of the TV on a rainy day. We were out on the water every day, using the association's beach and included watercraft. I swam daily with great weather in late August. Communication was a 6-Stars, as Marissa was extraordinarily helpful in dealing with any minor issue that might arise. We even stayed an extra day! Strongly recommend!

Nice beach!

We stayed as a family group with kids ages 1-12. Be prepared for all the stairs! We brought safety gates. The trail down to the lake is well maintained and within reasonable walking distance for most; however, our son has cerebral palsy which made the hill at the beginning/end of the trail a bit of a challenge. The goal at the trail's end is a lovely sandy beach that continues for at least 8 yards into shallow water providing a fun safe place for the kids. Additionally, the basement playroom was a lifesaver the one day it rained!

Great Week Long Escape -Rangeley ME USA

Sunset Lane property is a beautiful use of space. The kids found plenty of space to explore. Rooms were spacious and clean. The entire property had a fresh new look. Kitchen, great room, many other private spaces in this 3 story condo. Decks (3), outdoor grill, lawn, firepit, beach area all enjoyable and made ready by hosts to relax and have fun. We love the Rangeley community, lake and outdoor environment. Sunset Lane was a nice place to just kick back. Could not be more convenient. Just a few minutes walk from Rangeley center with all that you may need. With a boat, getting out on the lake, hanging out on the sandbar, tubing, touring all relaxing and fun. We highly recommend this Sunset Lane property and the Rangeley area for a vacation spot. Hosts were very quick to respond. Everything at the ready, dialed in. No issues. Loved the experience.

Loved the place!

Went with my family 4th of July week. It was the perfect spot with children. Condo is very clean and big enough for larger families! The private beach is also great for the children as well! The owners are very responsive! Highly recommend

Summer Vacation at the Lake

Our family had a great experience here. The listing is as advertised and well worth the stay. It is a short walk direct down the hill to the beach. The use of the paddleboard and kayaks was especially appreciated. The game room downstairs provided much family fun and the proximity to downtown Rangeley and the grocery store was perfect. We had no issues with check in, no cleanliness issues in the house, and everything looked well maintained. The only thing missing was utensils to clean the grill outside. It looked like it had been used by a prior renter but we couldn't find grilling utensils. We made due baking chicken and pork in the oven. It DID NOT affect our stay negatively at all, just a suggestion for the next renter. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful & peaceful getaway

We truly enjoyed this home. Not only was the house accommodating to our 8 person group but beds were comfortable and kitchen was easy to use... the views were amazing... definitely recommend Quill Hill
