Per your experience, MJM Stay is a professionally ran lodging company that has implemented over 18-years of real estate, customer service experience and an extensive knowledge in rentals and fair housing certifications. MJM Stay’s corporate apartments are in luxury residential buildings in desirable neighborhoods. In addition to industry expertise, state and federal regulations, the rules/disclosures set forth are for the protection of guests, MJM Stay and the permanent residents. Disclosures are provided prior to, and immediately after booking a reservation with the option to cancel. With respect to the condition of the unit, the units were professionally decorated by an interior designer and delivered to all guest in similar condition displayed in the professional pictures and videos. Considering that the units primarily host business executives, medical professionals, entertainers and medical tours for monthly stays, the unit amenities far exceed the traditional short-term rentals and luxury hotels standard; hence why MJM Stay stands on its home-away-from-home slogan. The cleaning team consist of a team of 2-3 cleaners at a given time to help ensure a thorough deep cleaning between guests. Per your experience, in addition to the welcome packet, a morning after email is sent to every guest. This is to help ensure that guests had settled in, answer any questions and address any concerns that they may have had. According to our records, all your questions were addressed prior to check-in, during your stay and leading up to check-out. Hi Kelly, Your feedback is greatly appreciated. MJM Stay went into business implementing decades of professional real estate and fair housing experiences. With the guidance of real estate attorneys, the rules and regulations guests receive are set forth for the protection of the building’s permanent residents, MJM Stay and MJM Stay’s guests. Per our discussion, for security purposes, there is a restriction on the number of keys provided to short-term guests. As a reminder, the building amenities such as the gym and other workout facilities are offered to MJM Stay’s guests as a courtesy, whereas the fee to maintain said spaces are covered by the building’s permanent residents. Your reservation was initiated on 3/1/22, for a check in date of 5/19/23. Due to the premature booking, there were a lot of confusions surrounding the reservation to the point where you received an accidental $60 credit, to which was never returned. 24-hours prior to your arrival you received accurate lockbox and check-in instructions but had received the welcome packet days prior. The only small discrepancy was that the welcome package indicated that the lockbox was furthest from instead of closest to the wall. Nonetheless, both lockboxes are side-by-side from one another. With respect to the odor in the closet from the neighbor’s unit. The unit you were in is in an exclusive part of the building away from other units except for one. Considering that MJM Stay has possession of both units in that area, I can confirm that the other unit was vacant. Meaning, you were the only one in that area during your stay. Furthermore, there are multiple Clarifion Air Filters throughout all MJM Stay’s units and a commercial grade fragrance diffuser from the Westin Hotel collection. Smaller diffuser packs are placed in the corner of every bedroom closet to distribute the nice aroma since the closet doors are usually closed. Based on the location of the unit and the measures taken to keep the air clean, it is unclear as to where the odor was coming from.
