Move-in Ready! You only need to bring your bags and enjoy living in this luxury furnished Townhouse. Whether you are visiting Austin for a couple days, or moving here and need a place to stay until you find your forever home, this is perfect for you.
Easy access to I-35 and Hwy 183. Close to major employers,15 minutes commute to Downtown and 15 minutes to the Domain, dining and entertainment, 15 minutes to downtown and easy access to the airport. This fully furnished Alexander plan 4 beds, 2.5 baths townhouse offers the biggest plan in the community and definitely one of the highly updated new constructions.
At this corner new construction unit, no expenses or updates were spared from iron railing, to tile flooring, and marble backsplash in the kitchen. Enjoy the bright living room with its double height ceiling, and the expansive kitchen with the dining table, a perfect spot to cook, entertain, while you can still enjoy the wall-mounted TVs in the living room and media room.
