ROSE Holidays offers you this pleasant apartment, perfectly suited for family or friends' stays. Functional and well-arranged, it offers beautiful spaces and all the comfort necessary for a successful holiday.

The studio comprises:

A welcoming living room with a fold-away double bed, ideal for optimising space and making the most of the accommodation

An equipped kitchen (microwave, filter coffee maker), including everything you need to prepare your meals

A sleeping area in the hallway with a fold-away bunk bed, perfect for children or friends

A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

A pleasant balcony to enjoy the outdoors and fine weather



A practical and comfortable accommodation, ideal for a peaceful stay



Parking is free in front of the residence.

Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely worry-free arrival.



Checkout Instructions Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service.

To guarantee consistent quality:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish

Gather used laundry

In case of non-compliance or if thorough cleaning is necessary, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).
