This three-story beach house is located in the fabulous Destiny West community. A short 6-minute walk from the beach, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 beach house is the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

This 2,617 square foot home features a spacious open floor plan resplendent with stylish furnishings and plentiful seating for entertaining. The wet bar and open dining area enhancements make for memorable quality moments. You’ll love creating delicious dinners in the designer kitchen, which is complete with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a bonus crockpot. There are also two coffee makers—one drip and one Keurig, perfect for starting the day your way.

The bedrooms are upstairs. The home sleeps a maximum of 12. The first master bedroom with a king bed is on the second floor. This master has a private bath and private balcony. The second guest bedroom has a king bed and shares a bathroom with the other guest room. The third guest bedroom has twin over full bunk beds.

On the third floor, you’ll find an additional guest suite with a private bath and exclusive outdoor space complete with views of this fine coastal community.

The fenced backyard is lovely for gathering, grilling, and relaxing. Meanwhile, the Destiny West community affords many opportunities for fun. There’s a large community pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and basketball goal. A short six minute walk away is Destin’s crown jewel—the Emerald Coast.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location, perfectly described in the listing. Short walk to the beach, short drive to local shops and extremely clean upon arrival! My few complainants are due to maintenance issues, the hot water in the master bathroom (second floor) was not near hot enough like it was other areas of the home - not sure how this is possible. Another issue in the same bedroom was that we were unable to use the ceiling fan or the breaker would trip no matter what.

Great girls trip

This house is beautiful and the location is perfect! The gated community made us feel so safe and the pool was super nice. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfy! The area downstairs was so roomy for all of our girls to hang out. We loved this place, and will be back again!

Perfect location

The property honestly was ideal for our family. The short walk from the beach, the bikes and beach toys were a great bonus. The property managers were very responsive to a few minor issues we had with the property. There weren’t any trash bags or washcloths when we arrived so we had to immediately go out and buy those. I think mentioning that in the “list of things to pack” would be useful for future guests. As mentioned by other guests, the top floor was humid and had a mildewy odor. I bought a plug in air freshener and we ran the ran in the bathroom to keep the humidity down. Beautiful, safe neighborhood and comfortable home. Would stay again.

Great experience

This property was very clean and had great curb appeal. Everything was just as described and even included a fridge in the garage which was fantastic. The location to the beach was great and the location to everything else was also convenient. We all had a great time!

Beautiful property but lacks any flexibility & communication.

We were traveling with an infant & asked if possible to check in early & was told there is absolutely no possibility. The listing shows a travel crib & when I inquired about the size & sheets for it I was provided with a rental company number. After we pick that up & finally get in, there was a travel crib there!! No dish soap or hand soap or extra garbage bags for kitchen.

Beautiful House

This was a beautiful house and property for a bachelorette party accommodation. It was within a short driving distance to restaurants and bars and within walking distance to the beach. The pool was also nice! We loved it! I would definitely book this property again.

Peaceful Refreshing Home

We had a wonderful time in Destin as the weather was beautiful this time i of the year and the gorgeous beaches were so near, we were just 2-3 blocks from the ocean. The house did not disappoint. Spacious, very clean, lovely decor. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with most of what we needed to cook our meals; plenty of dishes, pans, and cooking utensils. (no cheese shredder or blender). We were able to prepare most of our meals. The garage has great beach toys for the family- boogie boards, sand toys, wagon, beach chairs & umbrillas. Neighborhood is very nice as well. We swam in the pool(cold in November) and enjoyed the hot tub. While in Destin, we also went to the aquarium. We hope to come again.

Great neighborhood, location, and roomy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When arriving we found the 3rd floor bedroom completely inhabitable due to the wet musty odor. Truly unusable. Called office number who said they would send someone first thing in the morning. This was only ok because we didn’t need to use it that night. Someone did arrive the next day and found an open hole in the wall blowing moist air in. He closed the hole up and sprayed something to help with odor along with constant dehumidifier running. Also found air condition filter to be completely grossly dirty and old. Much better after service and tolerated by guest, but I myself could still not bare it to sleep there. Although we never received an apology or compensation for staying there under less than desirable conditions which I would have expected from management. The rest of the house was fine. Furniture in living room and backyard definitely could use refreshed cushioning. Not very comfortable. And front door needs deadbolt like back door has. Our 2 year old grandson could easily open the flip down handle and open front door on his own. A definite safety concern. On the plus side, kitchen was wonderful, large and well stocked. House was very clean. Outside grill was not cleaned which was supposed to be cleaned my previous tenant, so we had to clean ourselves before use. Backyard was fully fenced in with lawn and perfect for young child to run and play. Kitchen table was wonderfully large but could use more chairs to accommodate size. Garage was well stocked with beach gear. More than advertised so we didn’t need to rent quite as much as we did. I would not rent this unit again but would definitely look into the neighborhood again. Pool was wonderful, clean and walk to beach was short right in front of crosswalk.

Girls Getaway!

This house is gorgeous, great location and has everything you would need! Loved the beach chairs to take to the beach! The issue we encountered was arriving and beginning to head up to top bedroom and were hit with a very musty smell and very humid room. I ended up taking that room as I felt badly making someone else stay there. The fan remote was missing battery. Called maintenance and he came right away to look at remote and let me know that there was a dehumidifier in closet so brought it out and got it going. It helped but definitely did not solve problem & it is loud. He never returned with battery until a day and a half later. So my last night I had the ceiling fan going. Bed is super comfy up there but just wanted to bring awareness on that bedroom. It truly is a great house and we would stay again!!

Destin Family Vacation

The entrance of the subdivision is located across the street from the beach. There is a parking lot near the beach, which was super convenient. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, which was a major plus. It rained during our stay, so we did not get to use the pool. Overall, it was a great stay and we definitely intend to return.

Destin'ed for Sun perfect vacation location

We stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. The home was a short walk to the beach and beautifully appointed. Can't wait to come back next year!

Beautiful house

Beautiful house in a gated community, pool access with a tennis court and basketball court. Six minute walk to the beach and fully stocked kitchen to do our cooking in. All gate codes and codes to the house were all conveniently located in the app. Slept all eight of us very comfortably. The rental property company was very helpful and super friendly! I definitely would rent this house again!!
