Experience Your Vacation Haven

A veritable oasis of Caribbean mojo, Sunny and Share truly embraces the ambiance of the Emerald Coast. This three bedroom, two bath home in the private, gated Emerald Shores community just off the beach, sleeps 11 and is a dream getaway for any island lover!

Sunny and Share is a single story vacation rental home characterized by West Indes décor. Tall ceilings, vaulted doorways, and Spanish-lace-style walls are reminiscent of paradise. The home opens into the main living space furnished with ample seating and entertainment. The tasteful kitchen has a charming four seater breakfast bar and a designer backsplash behind the oven. An indoor dining table seats six as does the outdoor patio table.

The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and a decadent en suite bath complete with a corner garden tub, separate shower, and double vanity. The other guest bedrooms are well appointed with a queen bed and custom bunks with a trundle. The sofa also pulls out into a bed, which allows the home to comfortably sleep 11 visitors.

When you stay at Sunny and Share, you’ll enjoy all of the amenities and conveniences afforded by the Emerald Shores community including two private community pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and basketball. During peak season from May 25 to August 5, the beach trolly will take you the few blocks to the Emerald Shores private beach pavilion, which has picnic tables, restrooms, wagon parking, and a tiki bar for your enjoyment.

Within walking distance of Emerald Shores are several popular local restaurants including Pompano Joe’s Seafood, Captain Dave’s on the Gulf, Kenny’s Oyster Palace, and so much more. You’ll also find plenty of opportunity for fishing, boating, golfing, shopping, and dining in and around Destin at HarborWalk Village, the Destin Commons, and The Village at Baytowne Wharf.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely suggest staying here. It is up near the front of the lot so the walk to the beach is about as long as it gets in this neighborhood, around 12-15 minutes BUT, the neighborhood golf cart runs about every 10 minutes to the front of the house so it’s super easy and the house it right next to the small pool in the neighborhood so that was super helpful with the small kids we had. Great place and had a great time!

Pleasant stay

House was was clean and comfortable, fitted 6 teenagers and 2 adults very well. Location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the nearest public beach. Would recommend this place!

Nice place to stay

It was a good clean house with plenty of space for the 11 of us. The only thing that was a surprise is they provide you with one roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag not fully stocked like every other place we have stayed. Not such a great surprise at 11 at night. Great location though and a golf cart that picks you up and takes you to the beach! The wagon with chairs and some sand toys was a nice bonus!

Perfect stay! Great Location!

We had the perfect vacation here. The house is so spacious, perfect for a family. Short walk to the beach, but the shuttle service to the beach was always around to give us a ride. We will definitely be coming back to this place the next time we are in Destin!

We started with a couple of days of snow, which was beautiful next to the palm trees, and after that, the weather was beautiful. We walked to the beach, ate at the restaurants, and chilled in the spacious, relaxing home. Everything was perfect!

Loved the house! Walking distance to Dollar General for the win! Walk to beach was longer than I expected but if willing to pay tips, there is a golf cart shuttle that will haul you back and forth. I would stay here again =)

Love the property it was perfect for Ku family!

We love the property it very clean and has everything we need the kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans ! We really like that Thai property had two beach cars to carry the beach chairs and out toddler to and from the beach it work perfect would definitely stay in this property again highly recommend it and the community is so beautiful!

Family vacay

The house was very nice and comfortable. We had to contact the property manager for 2 issues which were handled right away. We were surprised to have to pay $30 for beach access when we entered the beach gate. The beds were comfortable and rooms cooled well. There is a golfcart shuttle but it didn’t run on Saturdays . Overall a nice place . We would return for a vacation.

We love this area

We’ve been coming for 6 years. We love the area and will always come back but it’s gotten crowded :( I wish there were a longer minimum stay as we had four diff groups of people stay in the house beside us. The house is clean and very nice as pictured. The cleaners certainly could clean under furniture etc. dust and sand was all under but other than that it was perfect. Would recommend as it was our fourth house to rent here and has been our favorite so far! Can’t wait to come back

Wonderful Property

Despite all the window blinds being super dusty and a few lights not working(ticket was turned in for repair but they never showed) this place was our favorite thus far and was the perfect spot for our family vacation! We loved the jetted tub the most. And the addition of beach accessories was a great surprise. The walk to the beach is a bit further than you think and you can’t drive to it and park unfortunately. Also, the security people aren’t friendly and stay on you at all times, which is good and bad. I would also suggest bringing mixing and storage bowls as there is only 2. Again, we loved this house and would stay again.

Very clean and amenity-filled property

This home was very clean and it's location was central to many things Destin has to offer. We had 5 teenagers that really enjoyed staying in one bedroom that provided 5 individual beds with a TV. The other two beds were very comfortable for us adults. All appliances were newer and worked very well. The kitchen had many utensils, blender, coffee maker, and large gas grill. Also came with a beach wagon, many toys, and 4 beach chairs. The community was gated and very clean with two pools. The home is located less than 10 minutes from the beach, but the tram was very useful getting us back and forth. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will plan to stay here when we come back to Destin.

Property was okay. We stay at emerald shores every year and have stayed in several homes. This home was my least favorite. Very basic. Other homes had basic essentials such as spices, trash bags, extra toilet paper, etc; this home did not. Not awful, just not great. Will choose a different home next time in the same community.

Great house close to the Beach

The house was nice and clean, plenty of room for 10 of us. Wish they had better cookware. The coffee pot had a big hole and we called in the morning and they dropped off a new one in the afternoon. The fridge wasn’t cold at the beginning but we realized you had to make sure the door was kept closed. We never saw the trash pick up and we had a lot of trash so that created a mess. We understand that the cleaning crew needs time to get the homes in the condition we found them, but the 4pm check in and 10am check out took time away from our stay. Being that we were at the beach all day and having to wake up early on check out day was really draining and took away from us cleaning the house properly before we left. The beds were comfy and they had plenty of towels. Overall the house was great, we loved our stay and I would definitely stay again!

Great place despite a few inconveniences

Overall had a great vacation just not as relaxing as I would of liked due to: 1} couldnt get in at 4pm. Took 1/2 to sort out correct code to get in. 1/2 hr is long time after you get there early and have already been waiting 2 hrs. 2} Then main shower was broke did fix it next day after we informed the company 3}Then we got locked out again. Luckily I was in house when we realized. But had to be woken up to let kids in. Next day texted - Didn't respond to text so then called and did give us new code that worked just at an inconvenient time. 4) guest shower had stinky dirty water come up thru drain while showering. Did send so Some to look at it that day. I did ask on 3 different occasions for some kind or compensation or refund and have not heard anything. Good stuff - house very spacious and the main bedroom bed is super comfy!

Destin Getaway

We arrived an hour or two later after check-in due to the weather on the road. When arrived everything was clean and in place just as specified on the arrival notes. Our vacation stay was only for 4 nights. We went to the beach which was only 2 blocks away walking. Just as mentioned inside the home and on the app, you do pay a $30.00 one-time fee "if" you go before 4:00 pm. Just note: after 4:00 pm you do not have to pay that fee at all. The rental fee for umbrellas & two chairs is as well as a $30.00 additional rental fee (between the hours the beach opens until 4:00 pm). Also, we did enjoy the pool in the afternoon until 10:00 pm. Grocery stores: You will find a Dollar General at walking distance, no need to take a vehicle. We walked to the store and took a wagon with us to carry our items. For other food in the area, you will find Culver's and Mcdonald's. We shopped at Walmart and Dollar General for what we needed for the stay. Overall, we put everything back in place and departed at 10:00 am. House and bedrooms were perfect for the number of people that went...9 of us. Loved that the house had a toddler chair for our 2-year-old. Overall recommended.
