Lake Front on Cayuga Lake with GREAT views, a SUPER Deck, 2 Private Bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The lake views are spectacular.

Welcome to the heart of the New York State Finger Lakes! Located on residential Lower Lake Road, Seneca Falls.

Wake up to the gorgeous amazing sunrises. Enjoy the Deck & Dock on the water.

Walk to the Cayuga State Park with beach, playground, boat launch, more!

Enjoy unforgettable full moons or make all the wishes you want by spotting falling stars at night from our unobstructed deck.

Up to 4 people and two vehicles on street parking. No trailers: these must be parked within walking distance at the Cayuga State Park Lot and boat launch area for a small daily fee.

Note: The water dock is removed around mid September and installed back sometime in May.

We require any Boaters to send an inquiry about availability: boaters are generally not allowed under our booking platform. The boat hoist is private.

For those that may have difficulty with stairs: there are two narrow spiral staircases inside the property:

1) Leading to the lower level and has an open space entry area and is not gated, not suitable for young children. Alternatively, you can take the wide exterior stair case easily to the lower sleeping level of the home.

and

2) Leading to the 2nd Floor sleeping quarters.

A six (6 ) ft wide exterior stairs to easily access the downstairs level sleeping quarters and lower deck and the dock !

Great Lake house! We enjoyed it so much! The kitchen and bathrooms had all the needed accessories. The house is clean and very nicely decorated. Our favorite part of the house was the large deck where we loved to sit and enjoy the gorgeous lake views. It’s a calm and serene setting. Great location…five minute drive to downtown Seneca Falls and close to wineries and casinos.

Great the 2nd Time Around!

A slice of heaven on Cayuga Lake. Spotless cottage close to the boat launch, Wolffy's and Hibiscus Harbor. The hosts are so kind and accommodating. Easy access to the water. Special mention to the friendly neighbors, J and D. The place has everything, so if you forget something, don't worry. We would go back again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful lake home.

This house is so nice and right on the lake. The decor is very nice and amenities were more than sufficient for our needs. Although we did not cook much, I appreciated the stainless steel cookware and quality cutlery. I would like to mention, we were able to handle the parking restrictions with mid size SUV's, but anything larger would be prohibitive and the steps, particularly the spiral staircase to lower level may be difficult for some. We did not have any issues, however and enjoyed our time both in the house and on the deck overlooking the lake.

Cute cottage with a wonderful deck to relax on! Convient location to wineries , breweries and distilleries. Wolffys right down the road has great chicken french and ribeye steak!

Fabulous Cottage

If you are looking for a fabulous home right on Cayuga Lake where you can easily put in a kayak or lounge on the dock at sunset, this is the place for you. My only complaint: I didn't want to leave.

On the lake

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, it was one of the cleanest houses we have ever stayed in. It was comfortable and well stocked, the decor is very unique and tasteful. The host is responsive and accommodating and the views of the lake are awesome. The parking is tight as the owner explains in the description and the showers are on the small side, but overall its a great place.

Week at the lake

Great lake access, nice place, beautiful view. We had everything we needed for the week. Parking is very tight though, we had a truck and it was a little interesting getting off the road and close enough to the house.

Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved Job’s place in Seneca Falls! We had a wonderful time. The house was central to many of the wineries and cideries we visited. Job also contacted us with an issue his cleaning crew knew about and worked with us to accommodate it, even though it was a simple fix. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting and know that we will be back again!

Need some peace!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the lake, it was just what we needed. Beautiful view, quiet, spacious, and everything else we needed. We traveled the wine trail a bit, purchased a lot of wine, and had dinners at Wolffy’s around the bend. Hanging outside on the deck watching the birds and enjoying the peace. We would love to come again and this time of year was perfect! Thanks for sharing your home!

A fun comfy cottage!

Lots of cozy nooks and spaces and winding stairs. Beautiful deck. I called it my dollhouse. The view is breathtaking and peaceful. Everything was there and easy to find. Uncluthered, clean and comfortable. Friendly, welcoming neighbors. Beds were very comfortable. We loved it and would go back.

Great Geataway for 2 Couples

This was the perfect place for 2 couples. We each had our own space and bathroom with a common area. The place itself was superclean and enjoyable. Great lake views! The owners are very thoughtful of their guests. The only suggestion we all agreed on was the need for comfortable furniture on the deck and a little debugging/decob webbing outside. Other than that this would make this 5 stars all the way around.

Winery Weekend

The property was ideally located for visiting wineries. It was clean and cozy and the lake view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. I would say that the spiral staircase to the downstairs bedroom is very steep and narrow so would not be good for kids or someone who has issues with walking. Chairs by the fire pit would be a nice perk. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We had a wonderful time. It was very relaxing. The house is adorable and the view was everything we were hoping for. We spent mornings and evenings fishing off the dock or just relaxing on the beautiful decks. We did some sightseeing during the day and it was so nice to come "home". Check-in was a breeze. Parking is tight as mentioned. We have a big pickup but got used to the parking after the first few times. The kitchen is very well equipped and clean. A few things to consider, there is no bathroom on the main floor. The bathrooms are either upstairs or downstairs. The interior spiral staircase to downstairs is very narrow and not easy for us older folks. We used the outside steps as recommended. The showers are also very tight. These were definitely not deal breakers for us. The view and coziness of the house more than made up for it. We absolutely loved our stay here.

From this fully furnished property, you can plan day trips, fish, swim, walk to the beach at Cayuga Lake State Park, hike trails, and visit Historic Seneca Falls, Waterloo (Birth place of Memorial Day), Wineries, Distilleries, Breweries, even Cheeseries (Cheese samplings), Eateries, Shops, Factory Outlets, Casino, Wild Life Refuge Trails, and so much more!

The Home is on a residential neighborhood lake side street where you can park your vehicles facing north along the property. You can park two vehicles max along street side.

Additional vehicles and any trailers must be parked for a fee at the Cayuga Lake State Park, which is within walking distance and north of the home.


There is no public transportation. You can easily walk to the park & trails, beach, and nearby restaurants. Uber may also be available.

The Complete large Finger Lake Region & Lake Cayuga.

Home, Deck, and Dock are private and for your use only.
