On the ground floor:

- A LIVING/DINING AREA: This room features a large sofa, a large TV, and high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi to keep you connected. It also includes a table for six, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You'll find: a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, oven, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and all the necessary cooking utensils.

- A BEAUTIFUL TERRACE: A lovely terrace with outdoor furniture (chairs, table, armchairs, etc.) awaits you at the front of the house for your evenings or al fresco dining.

Upstairs:

- TWO BEDROOMS: Each with a king-size bed (160x200cm) and a dressing area.

- A THIRD BEDROOM: This bedroom has a standard bed (140x200cm) and a dressing area.

- A MODERN BATHROOM: Relax in a walk-in shower. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire house to yourself to feel right at home.

SELF CHECK-IN: Check-in is self-service from 5 pm onwards using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet upon arrival.

PARKING: The accommodation does not have a parking space, but you can easily find free street parking.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You are ideally located for exploring the city. You will find bus stops at the end of the street. The train station is a 12-minute walk away. Furthermore, you are only a 15-minute walk from the city center.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighbors is essential between 10 PM and 8 AM.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Arrival from 5 PM / Departure before 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to request it. For any departure between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: The cleaning fee includes a complete cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linen and towels.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in advance.

DIGITAL WELCOME BOOKLET: A digital welcome booklet will be sent to you as soon as your booking is confirmed. To open this booklet, you will need to enter your contact information, accept the house rules, and attach a copy of your ID.
