This ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to 6 people with a bedroom (one double bed), an adjoining room (one single bed), and a large living room with an open-plan kitchen (and a single bed and a double sofa bed).

The rooms open onto the garden, making them very bright and welcoming.
This unique house and the quiet neighborhood create a peaceful, nature-oriented atmosphere. Amenities and the town center are less than a 10-minute walk away. Street parking is readily available.

The Accommodation
This unique house, close to the town center, is ideal for both relaxation and work. The tranquility of the neighborhood and the abundant natural light create a pleasant atmosphere. Children will love its many nooks and crannies, both inside and in the garden. Everyone can find a space to pursue their own activities.

Guest Access
On the ground floor, this space opens onto the garden on sunny days. Access is therefore all the more user-friendly and easy. There are no steps.

The entrance doors are 81 cm or more. The interior doors are 70 cm wide (a 70 cm wheelchair is available if needed). The toilets are not wheelchair accessible.

For stays longer than one week, additional amenities can be arranged to facilitate access if required.

Other remarks: The 5G connection is of good quality. Tethering is available upon request, as is a portable Wi-Fi hotspot if needed for a minimum of a few days.
