The Merry Fish is a charming 70-square-meter apartment with breathtaking ocean views. It is located across from the harbor entrance on the first floor of a historic building containing three apartments, renovated in 2026.
It features:
-a living room with a wide-open view of the sea, featuring a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table
-a double bedroom with a sea view and a 160cm x 200cm bed
-a double bedroom with two 80cm x 200cm beds that can be pushed together.
-a bathroom with shower, sink, washer, and dryer
-a separate toilet

High-quality bedding. Bicycles can be stored in the bike storage room at the bottom of the building. Shops are right at your doorstep, and the island’s first beaches are a 5-minute walk away.

Appartement neuf et spacieux, très bien situé et avec très belle vue sur le port !Il n'y avait pas encore de volets dans le salon donc on a eu un peu chaud mais la propriétaire nous a dit qu'ils étaient sur le point d'en installer

Je vous remercie de votre message, effectivement les volets sont terminés nous attendons la fin de l’été pour avoir l’autorisation de faire intervenir une nacelle pour leur installation en façade de l’immeuble. Si j’ai été sévère sur le nombre d’étoile accordé c’est uniquement pour le chien apporté par surprise à notre insu alors que notre logement neuf n’accepte pas les animaux. Nous vous accueillerons une prochaine fois avec plaisir (sans le toutou !) Bien à vous

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce magnifique appartement. Il est idéalement situé proche du port et des commodités. Il possède un petit local pour les vélos ce qui est idéal. L’appartement était très propre et possède le matériel nécessaire pour passer un bon moment. Nous reviendrons et nous le recommandons à tous ceux qui veulent visiter l’île d’Yeu.
