Come and stay in this charming apartment located in the Le Spot residence, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Designed for your comfort, you will be seduced by its pleasant setting and its balcony.

Within the residence, you will enjoy a shared unheated swimming pool, open from 01/06 to 30/09, a central bar to refresh yourself after swimming, as well as a pétanque court.

Ideally located near the lakes of Biscarrosse, you will be able to discover the region and vary your activities, to make the most of a holiday filled with relaxation!



Upon your arrival in this apartment located on the 1st floor with lift access, you will enter the warm living area with its sofa corner, television, dining table and access to the balcony with its table and chairs.

A silent fan light fixture (dual summer/winter function) has been installed to provide the desired comfort in all seasons. A large cupboard completes this space with a wardrobe section, various storage and another with shelves, so you can store all your belongings!

You will also discover the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, which features in particular an induction hob (duo), a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a Senseo coffee maker.

The optimised layout will allow you to feel comfortable whilst cooking.



This apartment has 1 bedroom:

It is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and two single beds (80/190) (suitable for children). An alcove provides a sleeping area preserved for both adults and children with the possibility of closing the curtains. A shelving unit also allows you to put away your clothes to feel at home.

The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 2 additional people.

A travel cot can be provided upon request.



You will have a bathroom with WC, hairdryer and everything needed to place your toiletries near the sink as well as in the shower and various supports to hang towel and/or bathrobe. A washing machine is also at your disposal.



For parking, 1 numbered private parking space is available and included in your reservation. A bicycle storage area is also available.
