All the essentials and amenities you could ask for: fully equipped kitchen open to the dining and massive living area, with high ceilings throughout! Not to mention dedicated WFH desk area, a vibrant outdoor space, fast wifi, and Netflix, Hulu and Prime Video that can be enjoyed on all Tvs...


Parking allowed only in garage and driveway of garage, so that limits to 4 cars per reservation. Only monthly and longer guests may utilize street parking as well. Please do not park in front of house on street if not staying monthly...

The following vehicles are NOT permitted in the Community: mobile homes, motor homes, RV's, buses, trailers, boats, aircraft, inoperable vehicles, commercial truck cabs, trucks with tonnage over one ton, vehicles which are not customary personal passenger vehicles, these vehicles will not be allowed check in and HOA would require to be removed asap, refunds will not be applied and these types of vehicles can not be parked any length of time.

Pets- Limited to 2 dogs, no cats, pet deposit $50 per animal, per stay. Pets limited to first floor which has doggie door leading to yard.

Very clean - even the refrigerator was clean. No ice maker but I brought ice trays. Very small yard and really close to neighbors. It served our purpose. I never can figure out how to watch tv in any vrbo. Location was ok.

The location of this home was very convenient for where we needed to be, and the property manager was wonderful—quick to respond and always available, which made things easier.The house itself does need some TLC and a deeper clean, as it didn’t quite match the impression from the online photos. For guests bringing pets, the dog door is designed for large to extra-large dogs—our smaller dogs weren’t able to use it. While the side yard wasn’t quite what we expected, we were happy to find a dog park nearby which worked out well.We did run into a couple of issues during our stay, but the property manager was receptive when we shared feedback and a list of items needing attention. For those driving a larger vehicle, note that the garage is rear entry only, and street parking in front of the house isn’t permitted. It can be a little tight to get in and out, but backing in helps.Overall, the stay had some positives—especially the manager’s responsiveness and the convenient location—but with some updates and extra care, the property could be much more enjoyable.

Perfect base location for close family, friends

This is a wonderful home, with the right facilities, right set up, and very well put together. We loved the place, it was very easy to work with the property manager, Erica, and it was great for our small group.

Cute place to stay!

Great communication throughout the booking process and all the way through our stay. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood but close to many things around. It ended being just 5 of us rather than the 7 I booked for. It was perfect for our girls weekend away. Erica responded to my questions quickly.

Beautiful home in a great location

Erica’s home was the perfect home base for when we were in town for my parents anniversary party. There were 6 adults in our party and the house was big enough and very comfortable for all of us. It is a wonderful location. I can’t say enough good things. We had a wonderful weekend here.

Freeway accessible, Great communication

Really enjoyed our stay. House was clean. Close to a freeway which made getting around Northwest Dallas a breeze. Grocery store close by for quick trips. Owner was very accessible and easy to communicate with.
