Modern spacious home with nice touches. This is a complete unit in a duplex. Located in a Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in Renton, we are 10 minutes or less away from major freeways, downtown Renton, shopping mall, grocery stores, hospitals, medical clinics, banks, parks, and restaurants. Lovely living room with TV, kitchen with all utensils, appliances, coffee bar, dining area. 3 mins to I405, 7mins to markets and IKEA, 10 mins to SEATAC Airport, 15 mins to Bellevue.

Cancelled by host with 5 hours of notice before check in

We did not stay because the host cancelled with 5 hours of notice before check in time after having reserved and paid in full for 3 nights more than 2 months in advance. Communication was poor.

Miscommunication led to missed stay

the people responsible for this property missed our reservation somehow. we got an email confirming our reservation but no info on how to get into the house. when we arrived, there was a car in the driveway and lites on in the house. we knocked on door to no avail. a phone call to the owner was returned and he had no idea we were confirmed to stay there. so we had to seek other lodging after a long day of travel. gave us a full refund and a small amt extra for the inconvenience.

Perfect Overnight Stay Near Airport

This listing is an older duplex but perfect for us to spend the night by the airport and support someone paying rent versus a hotel chain.

Duplex is not private

My friends and I rented the top part of the duplex and the downstairs renters kept intruding into our space through the unlocked door between the duplex spaces (we could not figure out how to lock it, in the future owner should have this space locked beforehand). Sometimes they were maskless so we were worried for our safety and our belongings, as they took our towels and used our restroom while we were there. Walls are thin so that is something to be mindful of, especially for mandatory quiet hours 10pm-7am. Owner was great with communication and replying in a timely manner. Space is nice and clean.
