In order to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our apart'hotels are meticulously cleaned and disinfected. Upon your arrival, the Urban Flat in Paris team will provide you with masks, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel, disinfectant wipes and soap. Our fully renovated apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 28 people for a comfortable Parisian stay. You will find wifi, hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric heating, Television. Our accommodation is located in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, in a magnificent brand new building.

As soon as you enter, you will fall under the charm of the living room that will immerse you in a cozy and warm atmosphere! The velvet of the dining area benches, the subdued lighting and the parquet floor, everything will contribute to making you feel at home from the first moments. Thanks to our large smart TV, you will love finding your favorite series. Our rooms are furnished with elegance and taste. In case of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
