There is driveway parking for two vehicles or street parking. The yard is fully gated with a private balcony looking down to the bay two blocks away. It's the best place to walk down and watch the sunsets nightly. Sit on the front porch with your morning coffee and enjoy the warmth of the sunrise. You can walk or drive the one mile to the 18-hole Links golf course (or 3-minute ride), and you can walk or drive the 1.2 miles to the beach (or 4-minute ride). The house has central air, so you return from the beach to a cool house, there are ceiling fans in all the rooms as well. There are TVs in each bedroom and the living room, which has its own electronic fireplace. The house offers all the amenities of a home with a beach feel; an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes (beach themed) and silverware, glasses and wine glasses, blender, toaster, baking sheets, BBQ utensils for the gas grill.
