Newly renovated, filled with natural light, and adorned with contemporary and comfortable furnishings, this beach house is an ideal haven for relaxation. Take advantage of the proximity to the beach for leisurely strolls, enjoy evening barbecues in the backyard, or indulge in classic board games with the family. The beach access is just a short walk away, and the house is conveniently located near restaurants. Rental is available to individuals who are at least 25 years old.

This residence features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, with new beds and mattresses. Smart TVs adorn the bedrooms and living room (no cable). A compact workspace is situated in the living room. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and a dining area. Ground coffee and tea are complimentary. The backyard patio offers extra dining space and is an ideal spot for evening barbecues. Beach chairs and a wagon are provided for your convenience.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS OR TOWELS. GUEST MUST BRING THEIR OWN OR CONTRACT A LOCAL SERVICE TO PROVIDE THESE AMENITIES.

PROVIDED BY HOST: Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and cleaning products, four beach tags, beach chairs, ground coffee and tea.

Extra guests: each guest after the first four will be charged an additional $fee//night. Maximum number of guests allowed is five people (including children).

Outstanding property convenient location great host

My friends and I had tickets to see a show at Harrah’s - we decided to rent this townhouse for three nights. It was perfect! Just a 8 minute drive to downtown AC The house is clean- comfortable beds everything is brand new! The host was quick to answer any questions- I would highly recommend this place

Fantastic beach house

This house had everything we needed, and the host provides quite a lot to make the stay better. Beach chairs and tags being included is a huge plus. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. Would highly recommend.

Great beach house

The property was very clean and well equipped. Great location to beach and downtown. Christine was easy to contact and very responsive. Only improvement would be to supply linens and towels. We were flying in so could not bring our own, and the linen rental company suggested was not responsive so we had to buy sheets and towels.

Great place!

Pictures are exactly as is in person. Very clean and up to date. I’m picky on this, so I was super pleased with the condition of everything. Similar quality items that I use in my own home like seventh generation laundry detergent was a pleasant surprise. Don’t forget your own hand towels and kitchen towels in addition to your sheets and bath towels. Neighborhood quiet and location convent and close to everything. Check in/check out seamless. Restaurants in the area aren’t that great but the house is close enough to venture out to AC or Ocean City for better options and entertainment. Would definitely go again and stay at this house.

Perfect pre-season getaway

The property is well-maintained and is located in a very central spot. Easy, short walks to anywhere on the island and super convenient if you are a pickleball enthusiast! The backyard is a nice, private little oasis. We had a great stay!
