Walking distance to Whole Foods, the bars & restaurants, and the shopping of Midtown! A few blocks to the Metro Rail (McGowen Station) and the Park.

Newly renovated and in a GREAT location. Plus, you get dedicated private parking (a rarity in Midtown).

Early check ins and late check outs can sometimes be accommodated for an additional $50 fee. The apartment has been updated with new flooring, appliances, granite countertops and more. If your dates are not available, please message us. We might have availability.

We have Ring cameras on the front door and laundry room. Other security cameras monitor the building exterior.

Our AC thermostats remain locked to avoid overworking the AC units and freezing them. To change the degrees, please send a request to the host. Any frozen coils due to setting AC down or heating element damage due to high temperature setting will be the responsibility of the guest if Nest is tampered with. If you wish to have the A/C set to below 70 degrees or above 75 degrees during your stay, this listing is not the right fit for you and we encourage you to find another great listing for your stay.

Utilizing our electricity for crypto mining is not permitted in this unit.

We cannot allow cats or aggressive breeds per our insurance policy. Other pets are welcome for a $100 fee per pet.

Great place!

We traveled in for a baseball tournament at Minute Maid Park and this was a prefect location. Quick Uber/drive to the park and lots of restaurant and bars within walking distance of the rental. Property manager was flexible and very responsive. Only comment would be similar to other reviews about the thermostat not being able to be turned down below 72. This was not great when getting ready, blow drying hair, etc. and sweating before we even left. I am sure this would be even more problematic during the Texas summers.

Sleepless nights

The property was cute! My only very large problem was the thermostat. It states multiple places that it is locked and we cannot set it below 72. I thought that was a little strange as Texas summer days can be brutal. The problem is you set it to 72 and through out the time it resets to 75/76 degrees because it’s on a automatic timed schedule. It was super frustrating to wake up sweating and hot, then be exhausted the next day because of the restless sleep I had. If you like to sleep in warmth you will be happy , but if you need a chilled room for a good nights rest pleased be aware. Also on the check in paper it states if you dare try to go below 72 the nest will lock up and you will not have any AC for up to half of a day !

Hi Angelica, I am so sorry you had to experience this in our home during your stay. We know locking our thermostats to 72 will not be cool enough for some and because of Texas brutal summer days we are advised by ERCOT to conserve energy and reduce energy. This is a STR & not always occupied we have our settings programmed for that reason. We broke record high's during the time of your stay and I totally agree that it was probably not enough to keep it at 72, we've never had a complaint before about this so this is a completely new challenge we are actively working to fix for future guests. We appreciate your feedback! I am so sorry you felt threatened with our warning messages. Our point we are trying to get across with that is that in the event the machine brakes because of overworking it self it may result to a half a day or a whole day to get it back up and running. Again, Thank You for your feedback!
