Sleeps 7. New apartment perfect for family getaways with 2+ bedrooms, TV/game room, 1 bathroom, fully furnished kitchen with island and bar, 2 bedroom kids playhouse, and your own washer and dryer. Cozy up by the fireplace for board games and family time. Living room with oversized climate controlling fireplace, 78 inch television, cable and wifi. Let the kids roam in the 1/3 acre back yard with 3 private patios, a fire pit, picnic tables, BBQ and basketball hoop available for shared use. Located in a quiet neighborhood near pickleball courts, a neighborhood park, splash pad, Frontrunner access and Murdock running and biking trails. Close to highway access and Traverse Outlets. Approximately 30 minutes to Salt Lake City and Provo, and 1 hour to skiing, hiking, fishing and biking in the Cottonwood Canyons, 15 minutes to Hale Center Theatre, Thanksgiving Point, the Aquarium, American Fork Canyon and so many great restaurants and shops. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet and pack-n-play. Second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, and the game room has 2 extra twin beds. Bikes, SUP, sand toys, and sleds available upon request.

Definitely would recommend to others. Very easy access to the Apt and not too far from the freeway exit. We just felt that it could have been cleaned a little better. There was a hat left on the coach between the coach and wall. A pair of jeans in a drawer in the game room. The shower floor had more build up on it than we would have liked. But by no means was the place filthy, it just felt like it needed a deeper cleaning.

Beautiful backyard

We stayed for three nights. The living space was spacious and well decorated. We really appreciated the outdoor area. It was very lush and the kids could expend their energy. This is completely a walkout basement so the host is living right above you. It is similar to apartment living where you can hear the activity from above. Would not have been a problem but it continued after 10 pm. The last night we were there, they cooked fish and our entire place smelled. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. It is in a good location, close to restaurants.

10/10 would stay here again! the place was clean, beautiful and very spacious. My only complaint is that we did not have our own thermostat controls and I was so cold. At least there were lots and lots of blankets provided so I could layer those up at night! Can’t beat the convenient location!! especially for visiting anything in Utah and Salt Lake counties (:

Utah trip

Our stay was amazing the rental was very clean and had everything needed and more for our stay. My grand babies absolutely loved the indoor playhouse. The host was great and the stay was amazing. I will absolutely rent again on our next trip to visit friends and family In Utah. Beautiful house. Very cute and welcoming decor! Very kid friendly.

A Wonderful Wedding

Family came in from all over the country for my nieces wedding. I found this wonderful VRBO never having use the site before I didn’t know quite what to expect. It was an amazing location for the wedding . So close to everything shopping restaurants groceries and parks. Our hosts were amazing and had one of the most beautiful pieces of property. We had the use of the whole backyard, which was in one word, spectacular, beautifully landscaped, and very peaceful and gave us the perfect place to relax in between all the wedding events. I cannot recommend this more highly … if I ever need to be back in that part of Utah, I would definitely stay there. All I can say is it was a great experience.

Great location and host!

Overall the stay was great. There were some other comments about this property with a noisy upstairs. This was also true with our stay. Running around and moving chairs. It is not bothersome until after 11 PM. There was one night that it went until around 2 AM in the morning. Also, the basement where we stayed seemed musty and damp. Towels would not dry properly so I suggest placing them in the dryer before you head out for the day's activity to make sure that you have dry towels for the next time that you shower.
