First living area consists of leather sofa and couches, a smart TV, and board games, puzzles, and video games for XBOX1 and Super Nintendo.

Second living area consists of electric reclining couch, sofa, and armchair. Each have dedicated USB ports for charging your devices. A large screen TV within view of all couches.

Kitchen consists of brand new countertops and sink with an osmosis water filter, free coffee maker, microwave, electric range and oven, and well sized refrigerator / freezer. All basic kitchen appliances and utensils are included and free of charge.

Master (1st) bedroom consists of a king size bed, private bathroom, and TV with Amazon fire hooked up and free use of service.

All other bedrooms are upstairs.

Second bedroom consists of a twin size bed, art table, and a basketball style arcade game.

Third Bedroom consists of a full size bed, drawer space, and window view of backyard.

Fourth Bedroom consists of a full size bed, drawer space, and a beautiful window view of the front of the house, perfect for taking in the sunrise.

Fifth apartment style room consists of a queen bed, office area, smart TV with XBOX 1, and drawer space. Free cable provided by amazon fire stick.

Free cable via amazon fire on all four TV's. Free WIFI. Beautiful neighborhood with rolling terrain and a pond for a relaxing walk.

In the garage there is a REC TEQ RT-1250 Smoker / Grille available for your use. Perfect for smoking a brisket low and slow, or quickly putting on some hamburgers if time is short.



Also on the garage is a dart board which can be used to pass the time while using the Rec Teq.

GOLF CART IS AVAILABLE FOR USE WITH PROPER DOCUMENTATION FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES!!!

Pet friendly, Family Friendly. Smoking permitted on front porch, back sitting area, or in driveway only.

The front porch overlooks the peaceful surroundings of the neighborhood, with five chairs available for use. Perfect for drinking coffee in the morning and reading, or having a drink in the evening.

The rear sitting area is perfect for socializing in a more private setting in the backyard.
