I live an hour from the city on Camano Island, so please know that any needs that require me to be in-person may take a day or two for me to address. Of course, any emergency issues will be addressed by a professional immediately

This condo is located in a beautiful residential area of Capitol Hill, nestled amongst beautiful, old mansions and only a few blocks from Volunteer Park, and Broadway (Capitol Hill's main street for amazing food, drinks, and eclectic shops).
Whether you're going for a leisurely stroll to gawk at the beautiful historical homes or you're heading out to a restaurant or bar, this neighborhood is great for walking!

The views! I fell in love with this condo because of the sunrise and sunset views. It's also a great place for a "front row" view of any firework displays happening at the Space Needle.
