Holiday rental in Sète: 25m² studio apartment located in a quiet, tree-lined residence facing the beach. It faces east and is on the 4th floor with elevator access. The beach is 30m away and shops are 400m away.

The living area includes a pull-out sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette (2-burner ceramic hob, mini-oven, refrigerator, washing machine). The sleeping alcove has a double bed (140cm) for two people. There is a bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. Parking space #484 is available. The residence is gated with an automatic gate and has a security guard. Bicycle storage is available in the residence. Pets are not allowed. Late arrival is possible for €50 (please contact us for details).
OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €60, mini Wi-Fi box (€39/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, cleaning products, toiletries.
