Wedding weekend with family

We loved the property! It was in walking distance to the beach and the kids and adults enjoyed the heated pool! There was a lot of space for 9 of us to stay comfortably. Plus, there were beach toys and chairs for guests to use. Also, we were pleased with how many beach towels and bathroom towels were provided. We loved it al!

Great beach location with ample space for a large group

Listing photos are a great representation of what you get - two king beds with ensuite bathrooms and a half bath on the first floor, with a 4 bunk bedroom and queen bedroom upstairs that share a full bath. The loft area on the second floor also has a nice twin bed with a trundle - plenty of room for a large group! A few things to note: cooking utensils could use a refresh (e.g., no cookie sheet, build up and scratches on non-stick pans, chunks missing out of rubber spatulas), and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom/one roll total of paper towel is provided.

Second stay

This was our second stay at this property, this time was a very short stay. We had a few minor issues but owners were very responsive and helpful. Great location and a very nice home overall! Perfect for larger families. Great pool!

Great home for large families

Large, clean, new home for our family of 12. The beds, living space and bathrooms worked well. The only minor drawbacks of this property are narrow driveway that really only fit 3 vehicles if they are SUVs, and the pool is small for a house that sleeps 12. Again, minor issues, we had a great stay and would recommend this home! Communication with the property manager was also good.

Great Family Vacation

The house was great! Plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 small children and 2 teens. Close to the beach. Super clean and cute and pool was nice!

Family Reunion Success

We had a great family reunion at this home. The pool was a huge benefit for our family since it was so hot while we were visiting and we had six kids under 8. The home was clean and perfect for three families and a kids bunk room. Each set of parents had a real room. The walk to the beach is certainly doable but it is HOT! Would recommend bringing scooters or bikes to make it more manageable for the kids in the summer. We chose the pool over the beach by the end of the stay. The kids also scooted down the street to the intercoastal to see fireworks on the 4th. Close for Uber / Lyft to take us to St Augustine for a parents night out to dinner. Close to Publix - went daily. All in all great property with other rentals surrounding this one as well. And owners were very responsive before and during the rental period.

Wonderful time!

Loved the location! The management was very responsive and kind. The home was beautiful and all we needed for our party of 11. The location had a great spot to have a short drive to park and walk to the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing beach house

This property is amazing! Great aesthetics. Perfect for large families and groups. Awesome location! So new and clean. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Tons of linens and beach towels. Super high quality bedding. Beautiful pool and outdoor lounging. Lots of attention to little details made this already good rental GREAT! Hosts are very welcoming, responsive communication!
