Set across three levels, this spacious home offers room for everyone to spread out and come together. The top floor features an open-concept living area where the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces flow naturally, making it easy to cook, dine, and unwind together. Step out onto the wraparound porch to enjoy the coastal breeze and partial ocean views. An elevator connects all levels for added convenience.
Sleeping Arrangements
Five bedrooms are thoughtfully distributed across the home. The second floor includes a primary suite with a king bed, private bathroom, and porch access, along with a queen bedroom and a room with a twin daybed and trundle. On the ground floor, a bunk room with multiple beds is ideal for younger guests, while an additional queen bedroom provides extra comfort. The home includes 4.5 bathrooms to accommodate groups with ease.
Entertainment & Extras
The ground level and garage create fun, casual spaces to unwind, featuring a foosball table and a ping pong table for friendly competition. A covered patio and outdoor shower add convenience after time spent at the beach, while beach gear makes it easy to enjoy your days by the water.
Kitchen & Amenities
The kitchen is equipped for group meals, complete with appliances and ample space for preparing and sharing meals. Additional conveniences include washer, dryer, Wifi, HDTV, air conditioning, and heating.
Location
Located in Crescent Beach just south of St. Augustine, you’re one block from beach access with vehicle drive-on capability. Local dining and shops are nearby, and historic downtown St. Augustine is just a short drive away.

-No parking in the garage. Parking in driveway Only, 3 cars maximum dependent on size. No street parking (ticket & tow area).
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
