Gorgeous pool home by beach!

This was the nicest pool home I have ever stayed in. Everything was exactly how it was pictured and listed. I loved cooking in this kitchen. I loved being able to walk across the street to the beach! There was plenty of parking. This home was spotless and beautifully decorated. The pool was so much fun!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This house was a dream! Beach access right across the street - beach was not crowded just like we love. Stunning sunrises - our favorite time on the beach. Such a peaceful setting - home and beach . Loved the beach decor throughout the house. The pool and covered outdoor area were our favorite - lots of family time out here in early am and evening hours. This area is where we spent most of our time and was our favorite spot in the house - our furbabies loved hanging out in this area with us too. Master bedroom and bathroom were so spacious and amazing . The gourmet kitchen was awesome. Several dining areas and tables for family card games . So grateful that we were able to bring our furbabies with us as we always take them with us and look for houses that allow that .I cannot say enough good things about Dream Beach Haven . Truly one of of our most relaxing vacations and much of that was due to ease of beach access and the house that had a great layout for families and an amazing outdoor pool with lounging areas/benches to sit on at edge of pool and the covered seating area . Thanks for sharing this amazing home with our family !

Pretty house in a great location!

The house was in a great location, close to Aunt Kates, Caps and not far from downtown St. Augustine...we ubered back and forth a few of the days so we didn't have to deal with finding parking downtown and it was never more than $15/$20. The beach access is literally right across A1A, not a bad walk while taking tent, cooler and chairs. The intercoastal is right there also to fish and we got to see some manatees hanging out near Aunt Kates. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach, at night didn't have to worry about bugs with everything being screened in. The outdoor shower and hose came in handy to rinse off all the sand. The house has plenty of indoor and outdoor space for hanging out with family and friends. Owner and property manager were great, they were very quick at responding to any questions. Just wish house had come with a golf cart, we did rent one but just nice to not have to reach out to a third party for one and get that all arranged. We did go to Aunt Kates for July 4th fireworks and it was a really fun time! We had an amazing time and love Vilano, we will be back!

AWESOME beach rental

This property is incredibly spacious and comfortable- and about a 30 second walk to the beach! We had 5 people in the home for a week and could have fit 5 more. It met all of our kitchen/cooking needs, and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Perfection!

We loved every minute spent at this beautiful property! From all the great amenities, super comfortable furniture and beds, kitchen with everything you might need, awesome outdoor living space, and the amazing location to the beach! We have stayed in a couple of different homes in the area, and this was by far our favorite. We can’t wait to return! Thank you David for hosting such a wonderful family vacation!

Absolutely Wonderful Place!

This was one of the best vacations we have taken. The home was outstanding and the folks renting it made sure everything was perfect. Our grandchildren loved having their own pool to use anytime they wanted and we were able to truly enjoy them. It takes only a minute or two to be on the beach and relaxing in the sun. We will definitely be coming back for our next family vacation.

Beautiful Beach House

This is a gorgeous, spacious house with big open areas inside and poolside. It’s in a quiet neighborhood two houses from the coastal road and a path to stunning Vilano Beach. Master bedroom and bath are very big. House was very clean, pool is warm. Good communication from rental management representative and property manager. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Lovely week away

Our family stayed a week at this beautiful home. The house is bright, open and spacious - plenty of room for all. The outdoor space was especially nice! The location was fabulous - less than a block from the beach and only 11. minutes to St. Augustine.

Fireplace not as advertised

We were super disappointed as we booked this property for the photograph of the outside fireplace. I have photo's to prove it was barely a glow. We wanted to sit outside and enjoy it. To be honest it is almost false advertising. Also the trundle beds were very dirty with crumbs hair etc again sent photo's of both to the manager. We had dinner in and there was no salad bowl We had to serve salad in the crock pot. There were only 3 teaspoons. A suggestion would be some nice serving dishes and a salad bowl and some tea spoons. The dishes cups etc were fine and plentiful. A few nicer wine glasses would also be a great addition. Overall we enjoyed our stay it is a lovely house and nice location. I also enjoyed the heated pool.

Beautiful experience

We had a great stay. Everything was nice and clean. The host responded back to request within a few minutes. House layout is perfect. The pool was a nice 83 degrees! It’s also in the perfect location and we got to head across the street to the beach for the sunset. Unforgettable time! Thank you!

Fantastic stay!

This home is beautiful and fully stocked with all the essentials. The outside area is a great place to visit with family while relaxing around the pool. One of the most important issue for me when renting is the responsiveness to communication by the owner. They did a great job communicating with me and shown a willingness to make sure my visit was outstanding! Close to the beach and historic downtown St. Augustine.

Beautiful beach house!

This home is beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We enjoyed using the pool and hanging out by the outdoor fireplace. We were able to enjoy sunrise on the beach since beach access is right across the street. A visit to the city was only a short drive which is exactly what we were looking for. THIS IS AN A-1 RENTAL. IMPRESSED WITH THE ENTIRE HOME AND THERE IS NOTHING MISSING FOR THE TRAVELER. ESPECIALLY ENJOYED THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS.
