Arrival & Departure
Check-in is from 4:30 PM. However, if the villa is ready earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you sooner. Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Security Deposit
A €2,000 security deposit is required two days before arrival via a secure pre-authorisation on your bank card (no funds will be debited unless necessary).
Respect for the Neighbourhood
To preserve the peaceful environment of the area, parties, weddings, events and large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Pets
Pets are welcome upon prior approval only.
Pets are strictly prohibited from sleeping on beds or sofas. Guests are required to remove all pet waste and ensure that pet hair is cleaned from inside the villa, terraces, garden and outdoor areas before departure.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in a deduction from the security deposit to cover any additional cleaning costs incurred.
