I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay and to formally dispute the 105 charge for the roll-up curtain.The curtain was already damaged and off its roller when we arrived. Because it did not block the ocean view, we never touched or moved it. This was a pre-existing issue, and we should not be held responsible for its repair or replacement.Additionally, our stay fell short of expectations due to several unresolved property issues:Cleanliness: The shower had significant mold, and both the refrigerator and freezer were dirty upon our arrival.Maintenance: The refrigerator leaked continuously onto the kitchen floor, and ice buildup prevented the freezer door from sealing. Also, the beds lacked fitted sheets, leaving the mattresses constantly exposed.Parking: Despite expecting garage parking, we were told to park on the curb because garage spots were not assigned.Being charged for damage we did not cause—especially after dealing with these cleanliness and maintenance issues—is incredibly frustrating.I respectfully request that you review this matter and remove the 105 charge. I look forward to your .

Well the true I didn’t know what to spect this my first time I ever rent like that but for the price I paid I could stayed in any hotel for the price with more commodities!!! But I liked that was very private

got bit by roaches

first off was giving the wrong address took hours driving around trying to find the house the manager did not respond to my messges or answer my call they have no tolietris only had 4 napkins on the roll roaches werr everywhere my kids even have bites all on then they the neighbor bellow blares music till 4:38 am tried call yhe manager sent messges called vrbo and was told they could not refund because i did not take pucs if the roaches or cu. stains on the couch never have i ever had a stay like this and never has vrbo not taken care of things this is unacceptable
