Adjoining owners home, it overlooks the South Beaujolais & Monts du Lyonnais countryside. Carefully refurbished interior combining stone with wood and eco-friendly wall coverings. Separate entrance, accessed via terrace (upstairs): open plan living room (lounge area, dining area)/ kitchen. Sleeping area with double bed (140X200), utility room. Hall leading to 2 bedrooms (2 single beds that can be joined to form king size bed) (double bed), shower room (walk-in shower), WC. Accommodation well fitted out with kitchen equipment, domestic electrical appliances, radio & TV equipment (Hi-fi (micro system) with CD player, USB port, Bluetooth). Central oil heating (+50 €/week or 10€/night for rates of 2-4 nights, except from 01 May to 30 September).
