Recently renovated- Coastal Escape 6 is the perfect home for a family beach getaway! Avian Forest is a quiet delightful community equipped with a pool as well as access to the amenities in Litchfield By the Sea. The property features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with full size stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee pot, washer/dryer and much more. A screened in porch, wifi, and cable TV in the living and all bedrooms. Being just 1.5 miles away from the beach via car, this unit has lots of space and is perfect for one family or even two. Bedding accommodations include one king, 1 double, 2 queens and a bunk with two twins. Maximum Occupancy: 10

Beautiful home / clean

The unit is very nice. Well decorated, clean, modern. Much more than you’d expect for a rental. Very pleasantly surprised. The location is great as well. The only complaint is the rental agency does not respond to any emails. Like at all. Could we have called? Sure. But we sent 4-6 different emails with easy basic questions about beach access etc and they just do not read or respond to emails. Simple fix. Again the unit is perfect though, definitely recommend.

Wonderful vacation

The home was very clean and well stocked. Great location across the street from the beach with access to litchfield by the sea. We will definitely be back!

Family Trip

Very clean and well decorated ,terrific location , my family loved the beach. Unfortunately we had some tough weather days. Would definitely return.
