Recently renovated and beautifully appointed, Coastal Escape 6 is the perfect setting for your next family beach vacation. Located in the tranquil Avian Forest community, this spacious home offers a peaceful retreat just 1.5 miles from the pristine beaches of Litchfield, close enough to enjoy the coast every day, yet tucked away from the crowds.

Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this inviting property features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it ideal for larger families or two groups traveling together. Bedding accommodations include one King bed, one Double bed, two Queen beds, and a bunk with two Twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests.

Enjoy downtime in the cozy living area or relax on the screened in porch with your favorite book. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi and cable TV in the living room and all bedrooms, so everyone can stay entertained and connected.

Family Trip

Very clean and well decorated ,terrific location , my family loved the beach. Unfortunately we had some tough weather days. Would definitely return.

Beautiful home / clean

The unit is very nice. Well decorated, clean, modern. Much more than you’d expect for a rental. Very pleasantly surprised. The location is great as well. The only complaint is the rental agency does not respond to any emails. Like at all. Could we have called? Sure. But we sent 4-6 different emails with easy basic questions about beach access etc and they just do not read or respond to emails. Simple fix. Again the unit is perfect though, definitely recommend.

Thank you for your review. I think that maybe you might have been sending your questions to the wrong email. Because we have 150 rentals and we respond pretty much within minutes. Also in your rental packet explain to you that if you don’t get an an answer within 15 minutes to call or text our office line. If you call or text our office line we automatically get a detail written notice of what your text messages as well as your voicemail to our personal cell phones and I own the company and I monitor it and I make sure that everything is answered within the same day. I really think your emails might’ve been going through Vrbo and we tell you especially during the holidays to contact our office directly. Once again all this information is contained in your rental agreement that’s emailed to you multiple times, you’re welcome letter and everything inside your check in packet. Either way thanks for staying with TideLife and we hope that if you come back again I’ll be more than happy to give you my personal cell phone number so you can call me anytime day or night ;)
