Kids will be delighted by their bunkroom hangout with its own ping-pong table and will stay occupied for hours challenging each other to an air hockey tournament. There is ample opportunity to admire the magnificent vista and breathe in the fresh mountain air with three private decks, including one off the main bedroom. Imagine starting your day outside with a steaming cup of coffee or serenely whiling away the afternoon on the porch swing.

No matter what your sport of choice is, you're bound to find something that strikes your fancy on the community grounds, where you'll find the 18-hole Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course, a basketball court, four tennis courts, and pickleball courts where you can partake in free weekly lessons. In the summer, enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool, featuring a stunning mountain view.

This home is within a gated community that requires a $42 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is subject to change without notice.

Boat rentals are available seasonally at Pine Mountain Lake Marina.
The community pool is only open in the summer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
