Minutes drive to Downtown, Amelia arena, Raymond James Stadium, Tampa Zoo, Busch Gardens.
Professionally cleaned for each guest.
Fully stocked, Fresh towels, linens, extra pillows, Kuerig coffee pods, soap, shampoo, conditioner.
Access 24/7 Using keypad Lock, Free street parking, Fast Gig WiFi.
This everything new apartment. Located in a quiet residential area in South Tampa Heights, minutes from downtown life and walking distance to Riverwalk. All New stainless steel appliances, High speed Wifi and 43” 4K Roku TV with Cable Channels and Netflix, Amazon Prime.
Full size kitchen with all basic utensils, Toaster, Keurig Coffee Machine and an Ice maker.
a Comfortable queen-size bed with A great mattress, New stand-up shower, Washer/Dryer center inside unit.
All essential are included such as hand soap, Body wash and Shampoo and conditioner, clean and fresh Linens and towels.
Traveling with friends? We got more units on the same location, inquire with us.
You will have access to an entire apartment and we respect your privacy during your stay.
You are responsible for the replacement fee for any broken or spoilt item.

if you are planning to check-in earlier than 4 PM or check out later than 11 AM please let me know ahead of time. If available you can request an early check-in/late check out for a fee of 40$
