Spacious 2-Bedroom Travel Trailer in Gated Backyard Oasis
Stay in our 35-foot travel trailer tucked away in a beautiful, paved, gated backyard surrounded by mature trees and landscaping. With two slide-outs, this space feels open and inviting — perfect for families or small groups.

The Space
The trailer is parked on pavers in our gated backyard, under a car port, next to the main house. It’s a cozy and well-equipped retreat where you can enjoy the outdoors while still having the comforts of home.
Garage gym with treadmill and equipment
Washer & dryer in the garage (free to use)
Other Things to Note
The trailer is fully connected with electricity, water, water heater, gas for cooking, sewer hookups, and high-speed Wi-Fi — all seamlessly maintained so you never have to worry.
The backyard is shared but gated and you may see our kids, dogs, or chickens roaming around — but we’ll always respect your privacy.

I’ve lived in Katy my whole life and love raising our 4 kids here. We enjoy being outside together as a family — whether it’s gardening, soccer, or bike rides.
