A house in the southern Ardèche region, located in a quiet area in the heart of the village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. Less than 10 minutes by car from the Ardèche Gorges, its famous Pont d'Arc (free shuttle to the beach), and a 15-minute drive from the Chauvet Cave.

We invite you to discover this air-conditioned house, which sleeps six.

On the south side, you will enjoy a covered terrace with a dining area bordering a private 10m² swimming pool, and at the rear of the house, you can relax under a large cedar tree.

The house offers a lovely living space comprising a fully equipped kitchen with an American-style refrigerator, a lounge area, and a dining table opening onto the garden. You will also find a sleeping area with a first bedroom containing a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.

On the side of the house, a private entrance provides access to the third bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and a shower room with toilet.
Mosquito nets are installed in all bedrooms.
All shops are within walking distance (bakeries, butchers, grocery stores, mini-market, supermarket, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, boutiques, etc.).
Be charmed by this tastefully renovated house, a cozy haven just steps from the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.
Televisions, dishwasher, washing machine, and electric griddle are included.
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are not included but are available as optional extras. NO PETS ALLOWED
