Pets are not allowed.
Charging of electric cars does not have to be done (network not suitable).
Bed linen and towels can be provided at an additional cost.

Cleaning must be done before your departure.
A cleaning fee is offered at 150€.

Deposit required: 600€ to be paid on arrival.
If the cleaning is not carried out, if the house suffers deterioration or if there is excessive consumption of water or electricity, the deposit will not be returned.

Possibility of rental for the weekend.
Weekly rental during the spring school holidays, in July and August.
