You’re within one mile of TIGERS preserve, the Alabama Theater, and Alligator Adventure --and three miles from the Tanger Outlets! This prime location is also one mile from Barefoot Landing, where you’ll find a variety of specialty shops and dining options, including Dick’s Last Resort and the House of Blues! Enjoy a wine tasting at Duplin Winery, just 0.9 miles away. Shared amenities include a glass-enclosed, heated indoor pool and hot tub, along with a gorgeous wooden sundeck and grilling area perfect for enjoying the lovely weather.

This beautiful oceanfront condo features bright colors, sleek wooden flooring, nautical decor, and a spacious open floor plan. Open the curtains to reveal the ocean view from your private balcony. Kick back and watch a movie on the 60” TV with DVD player. Black granite countertops, white cabinetry, and a dazzling backsplash give the open kitchen a distinct personality. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a refrigerator with icemaker and water dispenser, a dishwasher, and an electric range. The dining area also includes a formal dining table and a small wet bar, complete with a wine fridge. Three comfortable bedrooms offer a good night's rest, the coveted primary suite featuring a king bed, a 42” TV, balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Beautiful condo with a beautiful ocean front view!

We enjoyed the ocean front condo. We were disappointed that there wasn’t an outside pool but otherwise it was nice.

Nice beach location

The place was overall nice. The location was perfect and close to a lot of things to do. It is about a 30 min drive to the state park. There was some minor issues with the place. The shower off the kitchen wouldn’t drain so the whole family had to use the master one. Other than that the place was real nice

Very Happy

Great location, very close to restaurants and shops, with this being a smaller condo building (only 8 floors), the beach is not as crowded as large condos either side. The property was very clean and was very well equipped with lots of cooking equipment and other useful items. There are also lots of beach toys and even chairs left over from previous guests. We needed to call Turnkey over a couple of very minor issues when we arrived and the issues were resolved promptly. We would strongly recommend this property.

This condo has a wonderful ocean front view. It was basically as described. We were disappointed that the washing machine was broken and we weren't told ahead of time, but they did give a credit for the inconvenience. The door stop at the front door was broken and was irritating because you had to hold it up to close the door. The only other slight annoyance is the 10 digit door code...maybe just our age, but I had to keep it on hand to remember it. The master bedroom was really nice-great bed, amazing water pressure in the shower. The living room was comfortable but could definitely use some kind of coffee table. The kitchen appliances were ok but the cooking supplies left a lot to be desired! Having beach toys and equipment was really nice. The pool was great and very uncrowded, even in July.

Good, Solid NMB Stay. Would Recommend.

The unit was as advertised and served as a good base of operations for a five-night stay in NMB. Check-in was a breeze: clear, easy communication and we were able to check-in early. Nice beachfront unit. We took advantage of the 60 second walk to the beach as well as indoor pool on the cooler days fully. Master bedroom was very nice with a comfortable bed and pillows and a modern bathroom. Cleanliness upon arrival was the only issue, which I hope the owners could remedy with a new cleaning service. We arrived to a clogged toilet (which to the management company's credit was taken care of very efficiently), mold in the washing machine, an old pair of underwear in our closet, and various trinkets in drawers around the unit which our five-year-old daughter found. I assume that this is a one-off event given all of the other strong, accurate reviews. With a better cleaning service I believe this is an easy 5-star stay. Thank you!

Great place that needs a little maintenance care.

The property is excellent, and the location is fantastic. The only issue we had with the stay was a few minor maintenance issues that distracted from the overall quality of the stay. There were four light bulbs that were burnt out, the door handle to the balcony was broken off leaving only screws, the handle to the wine cooler was missing, the door to the HVAC system in the hallway was off its track and hanging loosely open. Finally, the door to the dryer was completely detached from the counter, upon opening it up, it just fell to the floor. It's a great place that just needs someone to go in a fix up these minor issues. Once fixed, we would gladly return and recommend this as a place to stay for anyone who wants a glorious view of the beach with super easy access!

Have to call india to get anyone to answer and no local person to help. Communication is non exsistent. TVs were hard to navigate one did not work at all. Nothing explaining anything inside unit. A few minor things needed repair like front doorstop, Vacasa said they would fix it after we left. Master bedroom door would not latch and kept banging if patio door was open. The unit on the whole was clean and had a beautiful view, but if you need anything you're on your own to figure it out.

Great Little Vacation!

The condo was clean and well maintained. The rental company went above and beyond to make my stay as easy as possible. I initially had a complication where I wouldn’t arrive until after 10pm and the lobby doors to the resort locks at 10pm and a key fob is needed to access the property. When I reached out to the rental company they were quick in responding and offered to install a lockbox with a key fob for me to access the building. I also loved the fact that I could text the rental company when I needed help instead of calling a call center and waiting on the phone. All amenities like linen, sheets, towels and dishes were provided. There were small issues, such as the tv in the living room not working when we first got there. We had to reboot the cable box. The cable did not work in the second bedroom but we didn’t think it was a big deal. The sink stoppers in both bathrooms kept clogging the sink and it wouldn’t drain the sinks unless we twisted the tops off. There are no overhead lights, all lamps were somehow connected to the light switch but sometimes it would work when you turn on the switch and sometimes you’d have to walk to the lamp to turn on the lights but no biggie. It’s an older building so that wasn’t uncommon. Other than that our stay was great. The complimentary early check-in and late check-out made the experience even better!

This condo has a supreme view. It was calming just sitting silently on the deck listening to the ocean well into the night. The couch is very comfy. The kitchen/dining layout is very functional. There is minimal decorating objects in the rooms which I prefer. The unit has seen it's share of wear and tear. It needs some TLC. The master bedroom door has a 2 inch gap at the top. The closet in the master bedroom is so cluttered it is unusable, Perhaps one of the 3 locked closets could be repurposed to hold the vacuum, and ironing board. The door to the condo has a 10 digit code - really 10! Even the main entrance door to the building has a 4-digit code which we found out changes every quarter. Guess how we found out? There is plenty of space in the kitchen if the cupboards were more organized. Please leave one empty cabinet for the renter. We will have groceries to store. The wi-fi was unusable. It would go in and out constantly. My daughter had to submit a large project. We went to the library to use the wi-fi there. I will probably hunt for a different place the next time we visit Myrtle Beach.

Unit was super clean, and we really enjoyed the ease of the check in process - much better than other places we have stayed. This is a GREAT place for parents with little kids! The unit is beautiful, but most important to us was that it was literal steps to the beach and pool. There was also a ton of toys, games, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc and I didn’t have to pack ours! We will definitely be back again.

Awesome ocean View
