Casa Chakras: 360 Views, Pool & Firepit
Gorgeous home with 360 views nestled in the Catalina Foothills. Open floor plan, outdoor living area with BBQ grill, fireplace and razor edge pool!
This is the newest of our many Foothills vacation rentals, and we are in the process of fully re-furnishing/designing with ALL new modern furniture and decor. We've added brand new outdoor seating, pool loungers, propane firepit with Adirondack chairs. Our goal is to create seamless indoor/outdoor living!
Please note: pool heating not yet avail.
This unique and spacious 2 story home offers 360 views from most of the first level. Take advantage of cooking in the fully equipped chef's kitchen while enjoying desert views by day, and city lights at night! There is one full bathroom downstairs with patio access, making it easy to come in and shower after using the pool. All bedrooms and other two full baths are upstairs. We also have a separate 1/1/full kitchen Casita available for $95/night. This will never be occupied, unless you are renting it.

• Guest Count: Be sure your guest count is accurate when you book
• Parties: Currently unavailable.
• Surveillance: Our properties usually have security cameras outside that are pointed only towards entrances, not the guests.
• Noise: Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially outside between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. These are our quiet hours. We have noise monitors on the property that will alert us to unacceptable levels of noise. Please respect our neighbors.
• Pool Heating: Solar heated pool only
• Internet Downloads: Do not illegally download copyright content. $100 fee per download.
• Extras: Extra beds, pack n’ play, highchair, and other stuff may be available upon request.
• Parking: Parking available in driveway (garage may be available as well)
• Pets: Dogs only. Require permission, and a $100 pet fee.
• Features Subject to Availability: Sometimes stuff happens beyond our control.
• No fire/flame inside except for gas enclosed fireplace. No candles/incense. Birthday cake candles are OK. Outdoor fireplace is okay to use.
• Cleaning: Clean as you go. Leave the home how you found it. Don’t strip beds. Wash whites separately.
. Pool safety: If you have children you must always keep gate closed.

Following are the more details explanations of the above high-level summary.
Guest Count: The booking price is calculated based on the number of guests you entered. Please ensure your total guest count is accurate before booking to ensure you are paying the correct amount. Any non-registered visitors who stay past midnight will be considered additional guests and the guest who booked will be charged additional guest fees.
No Parties / Events: All non-guest visitors are to vacate the premises before 10pm. Quiet time is from 10:00p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Unauthorized parties will result in $995 fee and immediate termination of the booking. The person who books is responsible for the conduct of their guests and responsible for any damages.
Security and Noise Monitoring: For safety and security, exterior video cameras may be in place at various home entry points. To ensure guest and visitor compliance with city and county noise ordinances, sound (decibel level) monitors may be on the property to detect noise levels only (not listenable audio). Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit
Pool Heating: The pool is heated by solar. Comfortable swimming should begin in March and last through late fall. We are working on installing a different type of heater, and will update listing as soon as we do.
Pool Safety: Children must be attended in pool area at ALL times.
Internet: Internet service is provided for your convenience. DO NOT ILLEGALLY DOWNLOAD COPYRIGHT PROTECTED CONTENT. Comcast monitors for bit torrent and other peer-to-peer sharing sites and will mail us detailed warnings including date, time, and content titles. The guest who booked the property will be fined $100 per illegal download notice we receive. Multiple warnings can result in Comcast terminating our internet, so please do not allow any guests to misuse the Internet service.
Extra Bed Requests: The normal setup for beds includes 5 beds (plus 1 in guesthouse). For no additional cost, we can set up an additional twin bed. The house is spacious and these can be set in several different places..Tell us more about your needs and we will make suggestions!
Pets: A maximum of 2 dogs weighing a maximum of 40 lbs each or less are allowed with an additional $100 per dog fee. Guests must provide dog breed and weight information prior to booking and receive host written approval. All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of, otherwise a $100 cleaning fee will be applied after check-out. Any pet damage (furniture, flooring, etc.) will also be charged after check-out. $250 per pet fee for any non-disclosed pets brought on property. If there is excessive dog hair upon departure, there may be an additional cleaning charge.
Service Animal requests must be submitted using our forms, which must be signed by a licensed physician treating the condition. If you wish to claim a service animal, contact us to obtain these forms before booking.
Feature Availability: We strive to keep our homes in excellent condition with all advertised features functioning properly. However, sometimes things break or otherwise are not available for guest use.
AZ Tax Info: This site collects and pays taxes directly to the applicable taxing agencies. AZ Transaction Privilege Tax License #
