We rent holidayhomes in L'Escala, l'Estartit en Pals. l'Escala is especially crowded in the summer but we like to promote it also outside the main season. There is so much more to do here than lie on the beach. Cultural and sporting activities, this is a very diverse environment. Try it out!

Villa Riells Mar is one of the better holiday homes in l'Escala. It lies 350 meters from the long beach of Riells. Behind the garage door, at the street, there is space to park two cars. On the street, in front of the house is public space for parking another two cars. The villa is detached and located in a pleasant neighborhood of detached houses. It has three terraces. The first one is above the entrance and accessible from the upstairs hallway. The second is above the lower terrace and is accessible from the master bedroom. The lower terrace with private pool is an extension of the living room. Playing children can easily be monitored. When the guests went to the beach they can rinse with the outdoor shower, right in the backyard. On the right side of Riells Villa Mar is the stone barbecue. There is plenty of room around the barbecue to prepare the meat together.
The interior is bright and pleasant. No "rental furniture" but quality. The living room leads through the patio doors to the terrace and private pool. There is a flat screen TV with satellite reception. Next to the living is the kitchen. There is a gas stove (3 gas burners and 1 electric), an electric oven, a microwave, extractor fan, coffee maker and a dishwasher. In the cabinets and drawers are more than enough dishes, glasses and cutlery for 8 to 9 people. In the utility room next to it is a washing machine and a dryer.
There are 4 bedrooms, divided between the ground floor and the floor. The ground floor has one bedroom with a double bed. Next to it is a bathroom with shower. On the floor are the other 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and a terrace. The other bedroom has a bunk bed and one single bed. The last bedroom has a sofa bed of good quality where two guests can sleep. There is also an upstairs bathroom. It has a bath with shower hose and a toilet.
Villa Riells Mar is a quality holiday home for up to 9 people. Two families with children will enjoy a true l'Escala style holiday!
