Enjoy an unforgettable Orange Beach getaway at Phoenix III 3038, a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo offering 926 sq. ft. of comfortable coastal living for up to 8 guests. Thoughtfully decorated and designed with convenience in mind, this spacious retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together.

The large, fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals when you're not sampling the area's many restaurants. The bright, open living area flows seamlessly onto an oversized private balcony—the largest in the building—with plenty of seating for relaxing together above the emerald waters of the Gulf.

The primary bedroom is en-suite and features private balcony access with stunning Gulf views. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

If you're searching for the perfect spot in paradise, Phoenix III 3038 is the ideal place to call home during your Orange Beach vacation.

Guests at Phoenix III enjoy exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball goal, convenience store, kids' splash pad, fitness center, racquetball court, hot tub, sauna, gazebo, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads straight to the beach. Phoenix III also shares amenities with Buildings I–IV, offering an even wider range of features to enhance your experience.

- Primary Bedroom: King bed + private bathroom access + private balcony access
- Guest Bedroom 1: Two Queen beds
- Living Room: Full sleeper sofa

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Excellent view of beach from large balcony. Plenty of seating for relaxing and eating when at property. Kitchen well stocked with appliances/utensils and dishes for staying in. 2nd bedroom could use extra curtain or heavier blind to block light from outside the door. Would definitely stay again!
