Pleasant single-story accommodation in the Les Rives du Lay housing development, 1000m from the town center and the lake, and 2000m from the beach. It comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven/microwave, and gas hob; two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm); a toilet; and a bathroom with a shower and vanity unit. Adjoining the house is a utility room with a sink and washing machine. There is also a lovely garden with a terrace, garden furniture, and sun loungers for relaxation and tranquility. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linen is not provided but can be rented from our partner; please contact us. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings. WiFi rental available with 5G box: €40/week
