Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This serene, private getaway is located on large acreage. With all of the amenities, you need to enjoy the space and some extras you didn't know you wanted, such as a large play area for kids or big kids! Watch the sunset in the south-facing backyard or cozy up to the gas fireplace inside. With close proximity to Spruce Meadows and the city limits, have the best of both worlds!
I can be reached 24/7 via Airbnb chat, call, or text.
The parking can accommodate large trailers.
There's also BBQ on the patio that you can use at any time. Please clean after every use.
Before check-in, guests may be required to complete a secure pre-arrival verification form. This helps us confirm booking details and maintain the safety of the home. The link will be provided through Airbnb messaging after your reservation is confirmed.
Additional Fees & Optional Protection (Please Read Before Booking)
To help protect our home and keep nightly rates fair, the following may apply:
• Pet Fee: Pets are welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $52.50 per stay applies and must be disclosed at booking.
• Optional Damage Protection: Guests may choose an optional damage waiver of $32.10 per stay, which provides coverage for accidental damage during the reservation. This waiver is optional and not required to book.
• Guest Identification: For all reservations, we will collect a valid government-issued photo ID from guests. This is required to complete the booking and check-in process.
