Ideally located a few steps from the sea, facing the green corridor at the entrance to the old town of Nice, Place Masséna, the tramway, bus and shops, not far from the SNCF train station, in absolute calm.
The entrance with a cupboard leads to the living room with open plan kitchen and extended by a covered loggia with a view of the garden.
It is a prestigious and sought-after location, ideal for enjoying the Riviera on foot. Parking lots are nearby

Guests are asked to clean the bathroom, i.e. the bathtub, mirrors, toilets, sink and dishes if there are any
We take care of the rest: change the bed, sweep and clean the floor and take out the trash.

Wonderful location, close to everything and loads of cafes, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. 5 mins walk to amazing beach. We walked to Nice Ville - took about 15 minutes. Easy to reach the airport, about 2 stops on the train. Natalia was very responsive to requests, the only reason I scored lower on the communication feedback was because I had to rely on my rather weak French to communicate but for others who speak other languages it wouldn't be a problem. A few extras such as coffee sachets or teabags/sugar would have been great and a couple of maintenance issues (one light bulb not working on mirror in bathroom and a few new cloths/tea cloth would have been good). It was very hot when we stayed - air con helped but fan not so much. Little balcony was lovely but got very hot!
