Facing Lake Geneva, have your coffee on the terrace, in the calm of the residence, before deciding on your day: walk by the lake or hike in the surrounding mountains, relaxation at the Evian thermal baths, golf, swimming in the lake, visit French villages or Swiss museums and cities such as Lausanne, Montreux or Geneva; there is no shortage of activities.
A simple, rejuvenating stay, between nature and the sweetness of life.
68 m² apartment located on the 3rd floor of a quiet and secure residence, 5 minutes by car from Evian-les-Bains. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms and benefits from a triple exposure which gives it a beautiful luminosity throughout the day. A 50 m² balcony surrounds the apartment and offers an unobstructed view of Lake Geneva and the mountains.
An outdoor parking space is included, accessible via a code gate at the entrance of the residence.

Très bon emplacement pour ce logement dans une résidence calme. Très propre, très bien équipé et et fonctionnel. L’hôtesse est très agréable et les échanges sont faciles ! J’y retournerais très certainement, et je recommande !
