11 bedrooms, 12 1/2 baths, sleeps 44. A total of 9 kings, 3 queens, 2 twins, 9 sleeper sofas. 2 sleeper sofas in 2 bedrooms on the main level. 2 sleeper sofas in 2 bedrooms on upper level. 1 sleeper sofa in bedroom on lower level. 2 sleeper sofas in living room on main level. 2 sleeper sofas in den on upper level. 2 kings on main level and 2 sets of queen/twin bunks and 1 queen on main level. 4 kings on upper level. 3 kings on lower level. We have stayed in mulltiple cabins in the Smoky Mountains twice a year for years. This was by far the best experience thus far. The cabin was beautiful, huge, well equipped, clean and had and was everything the description claimed.We always stay somewhere different for variety's sake. I have to be honest, Ive already been on contact with the owner for a repeat stay. The owner is very forthcoming with any information requested. When we first arrived we had a hiccup with the theatre room, he answered immediately, as he did with any questions. Also, we didn't fear for our lives trying to navigate treacherous roads to arrive at the cabin. Those of you who have been before, know what I mean. 1000% worth your money and effort

Great location if you want to be close to town. Not if you want to be wooded or secluded at all. Fairly spacious, 4.5/5 for cleanliness. Overall good stay.

Great cabin for a large group. Kitchen well stocked to prep and cook meals. Theater and pool a plus. Host very responsive with pre-stay questions and planning. Wouid rent this cabin again. Easy drive to Parkway in Pigeon Forge.

We booked the rental for our wedding weekend and this place did not disappoint. We were able to enjoy time with our guests and they were so excited for the opportunity to be together in one place and have wonderful accomodations (private bathroom in each room; plenty of seating to gather and play games or retreat to a commons area to relax or watch a game). The place was very clean and welcoming and the host was helpful with answering questions and willingness to accommodate us when needed.

The place was great for hosting our many friends and family who travelled for our wedding vow renewal reception. There was so much room for everyone, we didn’t feel cramped or on top of each other at all. The kitchen was spacious and multiple sets of appliances and ample counter space made it easy for guests to help themselves to whatever they needed. All the bedrooms were cozy and provided enough amenities for our guests. We had a few technical issues with the theater room, but friendly staff promptly reached out to help us. The only area for improvement was the cleanliness. While not unsanitary, there was a fair amount of noticeable dust on blinds, headboards, and the like, and the kitchen floors could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Check in was a breeze with no hiccups. The surrounding area is beautiful, fairly quiet, and private. The hot tub and the pool were both very clean and well maintained. All in all it’s a great place to host a large number of guests and we would love to stay again sometime!

The property was okay. The house had a lot of rooms and was quite large. The kitchen was nice, and the front living area was also lovely. The place needs a deep cleaning, walking around the house barefoot, and my feet were filthy. Dust is everywhere, the pool needs a new liner, and the pool table requires repair. Many things were not working in the house. Need new mattresses and linens for all the rooms. We didn't spend much time at the house, but we enjoyed the area. The house served its purpose in allowing for a family gathering. The quality did not match the cost.

Family vacation

The house was big enough for 25 people. Short comings, no view of mountains, one a/c unit didnt work, sinks leaked and one bedroom electrical outlets didnt work, and was not thoroughly cleaned, ie. popcorn and chips on theater floor and only one washer and dryer. Plus, gorgeous house, big enought to accommodate large families, pool, wonderful decks, spacious kitchen and game room.

Family Gathering

We gathered from four states to celebrate our mom's 90th birthday for the weekend - the house was perfect for 33 of us staying there. Plenty of seating for eating and gathering, kitchen had what we needed, bedrooms were comfortable and lots of room to spread out. We would highly recommend this place for a large group!

Easter 2025

Our family of 35 ranging from 3 months to over 80 stayed the weekend and everything was great. The communication was exceptional. It was a great house for our group. Lots of room and the movie room was amazing for our talent show and church service. We had a great weeeknd.

Great getaway with lovely floor plan

This is the third time we have stayed in this cabin and love everything about it. The cleaning company being used may be different because it was not very clean, there were dirty linens in a bag in the living room and we were not able to use the indoor swimming pool because it was very dirty with things floating around in it. With that said, communication with the owner has always been good, he is a joy to deal with, and we will definitely be back.

Christmas week in The Smokies

We had 20 family members - age 2 to 72 - gather for Christmas week at this very large lodge. Stan, the property manager, and his team of Brian and Bob, did an exceptional job for us from the booking of the cabin to the day we had to leave to return home. They went out of their way, provided some extras not even required, and responded immediately to every detail and request for help that we had before and during our stay and the whole experience was great. The house is in a very convenient location - an easy drop down into Pigeon Forge.Our only non-5 Star rating on the cleanliness we'll discuss with Stan, but the comment here is really directed to the owner of the lodge -- as local management can only deal with what they are given to work with. A house of this size (11BR, 14 baths and double kitchen) really can't be made detail clean in just a few hours between guests.Just getting BR's and baths done is major challenge for the cleaning person. The owner really needs to provide sufficient resources to allow for at least a quarterly, vacant day, top to bottom detail cleaning of the house - if their goal is 5 stars across the board. All in all we had a great week and thoroughly enjoyed the lodge and our time together.

Enjoyed space - Needed more cleaning

We appreciated an early check in by the host. Upon arriving the home had a welcoming appearance but further checking found a lot of uncleanliness as well as some leftover personally used items in one of the bedrooms. There were many things that were good for our large family: the size , especially the dining & sleeping areas, the kitchen is that many could gather around to work,r suites in each bedroom, the pool for our little ones( it is only 3’ deep which was good for them). Also the temp of both the pool & hot tub were good. The maintenance man who we had to call several times was very very helpful. Back to the cleaning.-I had had a conversation with the host before we arrived due to some earlier reviews & hoped for the best. After hours of cleaning, I had another conversation with the host explaining the place needed more than surface cleaning between groups. I had sent pictures & he agreed the cleaning was unacceptable. It needed deep cleaning which I detailed for him. He said it was not booked the next week & he would bring in deep cleaners. We gave him a checklist to help & he gave us some refund of the cleaning fees. Hopefully this was accomplished so others do not find the home as we did.

Baseball Tournament

The house was absolutely perfect for our large group. We had plenty of room and there was so much for everyone to do while hanging out at the house. One of our guests left his laptop at the house on the last day and Stan went above and beyond to make sure we got the laptop back! Highly recommend!

Amazing Cabin!

We had an amazing stay at the cabin! 40 people from grandparents, young adults, and family friends all having lots to do with all of the amenities included and celebrating a wedding weekend together. We encountered the most beautiful sunrises, scenery, and wildlife. There were some sheets missing for the pullout couches, and confusion on how to use the movie room, but the host replied very quickly and helped us resolve both problems very quickly! Such a spacious cabin and would absolutely book again!!

Great location. Nicely laid out house for large groups

We arrived with a frustrated maintenance person trying to fix a toilet House was not the cleanest (urine in toilet had turned to ammonia.. dead bugs throughout kitchen area… inside cabinets very dusty and webs.. and pots and pans were nasty) but nice and big for my dads 85th birthday NO CELL service at least for Verizon and AT&T had to use internet which failed multiple times. Door to pool did not shut and or lock but maintenance fix that the next day Maintenance came back the second day to fix pool door and toilet. Toilet still not working he would come back later. Again returned and got it We did have issues but manager would respond when we could get a message to him. Due to internet (not his fault! ) connection continued to fail off and on Overall great layout and location. Needs some cleaning and maintenance
