Come and discover this authentic typical semi-detached house of the island, divided into 3 independent dwellings, nestled just behind the church of the village of Anses d'Arlet, just 100 metres from the beach. You will appreciate its terrace perfect for enjoying the barbecue and sun loungers as well as its direct access to the village.



Ideal for a family or friends' stay, this house benefiting from a privileged location in one of the most beautiful villages in Martinique can accommodate up to 7 travellers.



Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area equipped with a sofa, armchairs and a television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The living space also has a table that will allow you to share your meals together, or you can also enjoy the one installed on the covered terrace. The independent and fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) offers you everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a filter coffee maker are also at your disposal.



On the night side, the house has 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and a third bedroom on the 2nd floor:



Room 1: equipped with a double bed with a small balcony with a view of the church and the sea

Room 2: equipped with a double bed with a small balcony with a view of the mountains

Room 3: equipped with 3 single beds as well as a water point (toilet and sink)



A bathroom and 2 independent toilets complete the house. For added comfort, a washing machine shared with two other properties is at your disposal.



You will be able to park your vehicle in the private car park of the rental, shared with the 2 other accommodations.
